Convenient location. Room was comfortable but air conditiong was not working properly and water pressue in the shower was low.

Bathroom door squeaked so I went to cvs to buy WD40 to spray to stop the noise.
Also went to get coffee in lobby and it was empty.

Even though the hotel was in Arlington, it was only about a five-minute walk from the Metro, and thus incredibly easy to access the DC area. My room was also really nice and spacious rooms, and I appreciated the hotel texting me during my stay to ask me how things were going. The quality of service left some room for improvement, but I was generally pleased with the quality of my stay.

Good place to stay for the price. Only thing I suggest for improvement are softer beds. Lots of different types of pillows. Good location for metro.,

The room was disappointing. The curtain was all ripped up and the bed looked disheveled. It was not worth half of what we paid.

Walkable location. However the walls are thin, and you can hear loud guests. Housekeeping didn’t come the first day. After not having housekeeping for the second day, we called to make sure housekeeping finally came. It was frustrating to have to make sure it occurred.

I reserved a handicapped accessible room. I don’t think it’s what I got. There was just 1 bar on the shower. Nothing outside of shower. The toilet?????-I felt like I was sitting on the floor!!! Coffee and cup supplies very limited.
Overall though I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Good location.

Super convenient and comfortable. Very close to GW University, which was the reason for our trip. Very friendly staff.
