The location was great walking distance to many things in the area. Clean and desk served was great.

I was staying here with my students for their Senior Trip. The staff was SO HELPFUL (especially Rudy). They really went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs.
The hotel is clean and lovely, the location is perfect being just 2 blocks from the metro, and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel.
It was a very short walk to the subway.
We felt very safe coming in at night.
The room was nice and the maids cleaned it after the first nights, which was something that I was not expecting.
The only downside was it was a 2 night minimum. I wish it wasn’t because I would have absolutely would have stayed here again on my short trip next month.

It was a good stay. However my husband and I felt that there was something off with the air vents from the AC. Whenever we had the AC going, we started to get a cough. It was new for us, we just assumed the vents needed to be cleaned.

Parking is horrible! The parking is $27/day and the lot is extremely cramped. It used to be a valet garage so it's very tight. They sell more parking space than they should so people will park right in front of your car and block you in. The front desk does try to get them to move if you report it. Takes an 18 point to turn to get out when these cars park right in front of you.
Room was clean and a comfortable temperature. Pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable. We gave my parents the bed and we slept on the floor since it was better than the pull out.
Breakfast was OK, fairly standard with other hotels.
Probably would not book again if I had a vehicle to park. Won't rely on the pull out being a second bed either.

We had a very large room, which was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Our only (minor) complaint is that the parking garage is cramped and difficult to maneuver in.

Very nice staff, very clean, easy access for parking and Uber/lyft pick up. Close distance to all the historical sites with quick 15 minute drive in heavy traffic.

Great staff.... very busy at breakfast and ran out of cutlery, glasses/bowls for this time and had to ask every day. but nice place!! I would for sure recommend it. and loved it was walking to cvs and food and the metro.

If you have a vehicle other than a car, this place is not for you! Parking sucked! The garage is only 2 flows below the hotel and it is VERY TIGHT! I have a F150 that I had a very difficult time parking and event getting out of the garage. Will not be staying here again

The breakfast buffet was very nice each day. Super clean all the way around. Very easy access to the Metro. Ubers were super quick in this area. No hesitation recommending this place or staying here again.

The deadbolt wasn’t working properly on the door and they had it fixed within half an hour, they were so nice and accommodating to make sure my room was in the same floor as the others in my group

I was happy with how clean the room was and the breakfast was great but besides that, the room door was broken and would make a very loud noise every time someone would go in and out of the room. The bathroom door had somewhat of a similar issue where it would make a noise everytime someone would close or open it.

Property was excellent. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast with lots of variety was great. The proximity (walking distance) to the metro is a plus providing easy transportation to attractions to DC and surrounding areas. The parking garage space is a bit tight. Overall experience was positive.

Unexpected parking fees , wish they’d explain that before booking. And also dark skinned receptionist was snobby and rude at front desk. He didn’t treat every customer with the same courtesy and respect.
one elevator was also broken for part of my stay so having to wait on just one other elevator for 10 minutes was not fun.

Great location. It is convenient to walk to a number of restaurants. Easy check-in. Breakfast was decent. Quiet hotel. Clean lobby. My only complaints, one of the elevators broke, so it was a bit crowded on each ride up and down the floors and I was not asked about whether I needed parking or informed where the parking garage was located.

My family had an enjoyable weekend at the hotel. It's in a quiet and safe area. The room was clean and spacious with a nice roomy fridge. The bed and shower were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is friendly. Nice restaurants, shopping and parks are convenient. Only cons are staff didn't say a word about parking and the A/C. I had to come back and ask because I was not going to risk being towed. The AC got really loud around 1 am, but staff made it up to me. Overall, we really had a great stay. Those things are fixable and won't keep me from coming back.
