My room was right above the gym which I became aware of later. I woke up at 5:00 am to a thumping sound which I could not figure out what it was. I was unable to sleep and actually after listening to this for 2 hours I ended up with. headache from the thumping. I finally just got dressed and went down to the front desk to find someone to come up to my room so we could figure out what this thumping was. When I got back to the room the thumping had stopped. The front desk called and said it was someone at the gym running on the treadmill. She said they were aware that another guest was using the treadmill starting at 4:30 in the morning. For 2 hours. It was very upsetting considering I was so looking forward to sleeping in that morning. Then I go to shower and the towels were like drying off with cardboard. I was expecting a nice plush soft towel since these rooms were not cheap. Then I went to grab an extra blanket out of closet and my friend and I were like where did they get this ? The Thrift Store. The help was very kind during the stay and I was moved to a new room later that evening away from the gym. Homewood Suites is a wonderful location and very clean. I just hope they quit booking that room so nobody has to endure what I did. I also would suggest softer towels.

The hotel restaurant was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the staff didn't acknowledge me or make any effort to assist. The food was bad, and the service was lacking. Additionally, some of the front desk staff were unfriendly. I wouldn't advise staying at this hotel if you're planning to spend that kind of money.

My fiancée and I love this place and the whole atmosphere in the area. We go there for 1-2 day getaways every month since the beginning of 2024. We love it so much we are getting married there next year!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites at Salina, KS, for three nights. The front desk staff were friendly and prompt checking us in when we arrived. The suite was very clean and spacious. We have stayed in many other Homewood Suites all over the country, but this one is very posh. Breakfast was fresh with enough items and great service from the dining room wait staff. There are plenty of restaurants at walking distance from the hotel which made it very convenient.

Stayed in one of the studio suites and it was beautiful. It would be perfect for if you needed to stay in Salina for a week plus on business or if you just wanted to do staycation/mini-honeymoon like we did. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was better than average.

Saw Blackhawk at the stiefel theater walked around downtown and ate at borelos saw a great concert and had a good nights sleep!
