Toilet in the bathroom was leaking from the bottom. The shower was leaking from the top. The mirror was never finished when replaced there’s holes around the mirror and the wall they charge me for towels terrible terrible they couldn’t even explain the charges to me. Terrible food I will not come back or recommend anybody to come back.

There was really only 1 restaurant available to serve mealss for breakfast and dinner. So our stay became very redundant. The entertainment talent was a delight. Those dancers are truly talented performers. The 1 restaurant that was hyped up to be exclusive and required reservations on the day of was nothing to rave about. It was mediocre food. We had to move rooms due to a leak that I discovered while blowdrying my hair that could've been a serioius accident. The driver that dropped us off on the first day which we asked about the beach club Niru explained that we should just walk out to the beach and that the whole beach area was ours to enjoy. Once we sat down we quickly learned that it was not true and could've been duped to order food and drink that was not included so we were removed from the area. My husband and I have been to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta at various all inclusives and have enjoyed various resorts but this was by far the worst experience.

Dress Code to dine in Special Restaurant it’s ridiculous they told me that the stones on my dressy Sandals were not big enough to their standards!!!. The reservations person told me that if I was really interested in eating at that place I could go buy shoes that fit their standards. Very disappointed

Note that this is not beach front. You will to take a shuttle to get to the beach club and beach. You also have to take the shuttle to eat breakfast and lunch. Dinner you will take a the main hotel. This was my biggest complaint about the stay. Shuttles come every 30 mins.

Staff is overall very attentive. I disliked that you were limited to where and times you could it. "All inclusive" should allow ypu yo have snack/dinner options regardless od the time and here that was not available. Water slide closed after 5 when everyone was coming back from the beach club since their last ride vack to the hotel from the club was at 5. Could benefit from more love entertainment and maybe some.music in pyblic areas.

We enjoyed the pool but we were sad because the slide was only open at a certain time and mostly closed. Our room was nice but we didn’t enjoy walking up the stairs when the washer and dryers were on because it was so hot in that area.

The food was all buffet style and the quality was average. I did not like the fact that I had to go to their beach club for lunch and to have access to the beach. That was an inconvenience to me. I really enjoyed their nightly entertainment thought. I don’t think I would be back.

It’s a really nice place to stay. The food was pretty good in the buffet. If you arrive early, they will let you hang around, but they won’t give you a bracelet to use the facilities, which was a bit frustrating. We traveled all night, got there at about 10 am, and they said we couldn’t have bracelets until 12:30. The place doesn’t have a way to pay other than all-inclusive, so we had to just go waste time for 2.5 hours. It was a bad first impression. I mean, how much of the breakfast buffet hits the trash every day? Quite frustrating. After we got the bracelets, it was a great stay. It’s recommendable. There were other things that were a bit frustrating, but overall, it’s an affordable and really nice place with very comfortable rooms and nice entertainment. It was worth the minimal inconveniences.

As soon as I register, I did not feel welcome, I was given two cards that I had to exchange for towels in order to go to the pool and/or the beach, and if lose them I had to pay to replace the cards and / or the towels. When I was given the key for the room again they said that if the key was lost I had to pay to replace it. I went to dinner on my first night, and there were a few waiters, I had to wait a long time for my drinks. I had the opportunity and move to another hotel, on my check out I had to wait, as they had to send someone to check the room, I guess they thought I was going to steal something from the room. Once they checked I was able to check out. I do not recommend the hotel.
