Check in was taking far too long. About 15mins to check in for a prepaid room? Give me a break. Rooms was ok bit really small, 1 small cupboard with hangers only

Great location, helpful, friendly staff. Only complaint is for the breakfast, fresh juice would be nice instead of cheap carton stuff. Super clean rooms and bathrooms.

Little gem of a place for our one night. Easy bus to the train or bus centre. Clean with friendly helpful staff. Basic facilities but suits me! Easy to walk to cathedral and plaza Flores just a couple minutes away.

Very central hotel with great amenities such as a gym and restaurant. Staff were very helpful. Room was kept very clean and we enjoyed our stay here. There are many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and it is less than five minutes walk from tourist sites such as the cathedral, town hall and river.

I had a fantastic big room. It was so relaxing I did not want to leave it and explore the city. 😀 Great location near the cathedral.

Great hotel in the centre of Murcia. Within walking distance to everything so really convenient. We had a junior suite and both the room and the bathroom were really generous in size. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay! We actually moved from another hotel that was 4 star in town. Hesperia beat them on all counts!
