The room itself was fine. Clean and comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby, parking lot etc were dirty and worn.

My room was clean and the staff that I talked to was nice. Extended Stay hotels used to be for professionals working out of town for a week or so. That being said, this hotel seems to be used for some type of Government housing project. Several unsavory characters roaming in and out of the building at all hours. Possible gang activity in the parking lot. Loud music/TV until 3am in the room next to mine, I tried to call the front desk at midnight but no one would answer. The smell of marijuana in the hallways and parking lot was predominant with the individuals just hanging out. Good news though, my car didn’t get broken into or stolen and I didn’t get robbed.

My non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes right before we came in. It was overwhelming. The room itself was otherwise ok. Grab and go breakfast was very disappointing. A muffin, coffee and oatmeal.

The garbage was never picked up in front as you walk in to register, The dog walking area had feces everywhere even tho there was a dog friendly bag dispenser and trash can right there! (the bag dispenser had a nest built in it) The double lock on our door was faulty and we were awaken at 4:00 AM by room next door partying at a loud enough volume to wake us up! Horrible experience while dropping my son off at college

Supposedly it's a non smoking hotel, but there is the smelling of marijuana is any where inside the hotel. Expedia Web site posts false info that's breakfast included, indeed only grab and go. NO BREAKFAST. That's it, no more at that hotel.

Customer service was fabulous. Beds were comfy. The AC unit was working fabulously in our room. The hotel is a little run down and could use a better cleaning in public areas, but the room was clean. The kitchenette was a plus.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The room was quiet in the surroundings of the hotal was safe. We travel all over the US and this was one of our favorite hotels. So much we decided to stay another night.

This hotel was dirty in most all areas. The bldg had an odor. The phone did not work in the room.

AC was good, but that was it. It smelled bad, it was dirty, pubic hairs in bathroom & bed, floor wasn’t vacuumed. Very few towels. It was noisy. Homeless people were loitering all around. The pictures online are a complete lie. There was graffiti on the headboard as well as people fluids in the sheets. I would have rather slept in a cardboard tent. 10 point cleaning process? Nah.

The front desk person was doing her best and got us another room that didn't smell as bad, but we still had to get air freshener to be able to stand sleeping there for the night. I was honestly hoping there would be no more rooms available, and in retrospect wish I had just ate the cost and gotten a room somewhere else. The first red flag was when we walked in and the front desk person was also doing laundry and informing the guest in front of it that they were out of all but decaf coffee. Clearly this location is very understaffed, but the worker did what she could and was very apologetic. Anyway, after we took the dirty elevator up to our new room, we were greeted with dirty laminate flooring and the slightly fainter smell of cigarettes. The fridge was also dirty, and the TV was small, outdated, and slow to load. The bathroom was laughibly small and dingy. I don't know what year or hotel location the listing pictures are from, but do not be fooled. Do not stay here if you have ANY other options. I'm absolutely baffled by the good reviews. The only good thing is that it was super close to the highway. 0/10 aside from service. I can't seem to attach pictures I took, but Google will sure take them.:)

The two chairs in the room were so dirty, I would not have sat in either one. The fridge was dirty inside and the bathroom door handle was broken and could not be locked.
