The room was exceptionally tidy.

This was our annual "Girl's Weekend" trip. The free eats and drinks were very nice. The food was tasty. Staff was very kind and accommodating. We were conveniently close to the exit, making loading in and out, easier. All in all, we were very satisfied. We will probably return next year!

Beds were a little too firm for my family's liking. Room with a "view", ended up being a view of the pool ~ not exactly what we were expecting for a "view". Also, I called ahead and asked to be close to the elevator, as I walk with a walker. We were not near the elevator. In fact, we were on the opposite side of the hotel, all the way, away from the dining area.

There was not many options for breakfast the coffee tastes like water and the oatmeal was watered down as well the eggs was over cooked the waffles was good but other than that I give it a 3 outta 10 very bad service from then aswell as far as customer service definitely not gonna stay again

The service at the front desk couldn’t find my original reservation and I had to wait there while they looked and after 30 mins they had to make me a different one and they sent me in a room with no bed sheets so I had to call the front counter to bring me some and it took them a hour to do so

price extremely high for parent’s weekend…but as expected in a small college town.

The free breakfast was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional. The overall atmosphere and appearance of the hotel was luxurious.

It would have been nice to know about the $50 deposit when I was booking. I was traveling on a tight budget to begin with and believed I had paid everything for the hotel in advance. Had I known about the deposit I would have been better prepared and would have more spending cash to enjoy my trip with. $50 may not sound like alot but it did have a negative impact on my trip requiring me to adjust my itinerary even though I got it back when I checked out.

Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Bed comfortable. Kickback supper and drinks were great. Breakfast next morning was great except they were out of milk and juice and water didnt work??

Lack of morning crew at breakfast to remedy issue with being out of milk. There are many grocery stores within a block that they could have obtained needed items. Water was simple fix just set out pitchers of water? Water pressure in room was poor but due to the issue with system I am assuming. Juice machine doesn't work either when water pressure down. Again could have been resolved before 630 crowd.

property was very clean and like new. our room and bed were very comfortable. the supper at night was actually good and included in your rate which made up for the $40 pet charge for one night. there was access to an indoor pool directly from the back door in your room which would be nice with kids.

we had to leave early (4am) to head home and a couple shady people hanging around the side parking lot and at the convenient store across the street. was actually thankful I had my dog with me at the time.

Breakfast was great, staff was nice and it was very clean.

Super helpful staff, love the comp drinks!
