we were sought out by security and accused of theft, by a waitress. then the manager tried to apologize, but we were so embarrassed and felt degraded.

The front desk staff was fantastic.

Housekeeping was extremely loud. Doors were slamming all morning and they were extremely loud talking to each other. They started working at 8 am. I understand that they have a job to do but I've never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping was so loud in the hallways and allowed doors to constantly be slamming shut.

Did not get the breakfast, didn't know there was one. Location was good.

Floor in our room was freezing. The pool was very cold, too cold to swim. Could not shut window curtain to parking lot because it blocked the vent to heat the room. Parking lot lights were shining in the window.
