Staff was really nice, rooms were nicer than expected from a motel. Perfect location for the San Antonio marathon.

The property, the rooms we're horrible smell like. Mode beds looked like the sheets were never changed. Everything was just not up to standards for the price

Really liked the staff here- which always helps to feel safe. Room was very clean. Near downtown and very near the market.

Buildings not that new but somewhat clean
Everything is simple and basic but good for a night of stay. The only complain was the AC it made the room feel a little humid

Check in was easy. Rooms are outside which is perfect. I prefer to be able to walk to my vehicle without going through lobby. Room was spacious. Walls were really dirty, but overall it was as clean as it to be expected. Mc Donalds right next door. Pool was closed but seemed clean and no trash debris in area.

It gets the job done if you need a bed, a shower, and a place to charge your phone or social battery. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. I had no issues but I know a majority of you would complain about it lol

The location of this motel is not in the best of areas. When we visited the pool, someone from I guess management or front office came and said not to allow my kids (7 yr olds) to get too much water out of the pool. I guess we need to dry off inside the pool. Glad it was just 1 night that we had to stay here.

It was an ok stay. The first room we got the smoke alarm kept beeping so I told the front desk and they said ok changed rooms for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable too. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room just slept there. The only thing I was wary about was there were a lot of homeless people walking around.

Bad experience with a room on very bad condition. In fact the first room have a lot of humidity, and requested front desk guy a change. Then, the other room have no humidity, but the sink was clogged, and reported the situation, but no one showed in order to fix it. Even no one went to clean the room. Plus, found 2 cockroach near the beds.

I was at a convention with hundreds of dollars practically lying on the bed while I was out of the room and nothing was touched. Also I used the towels to cover my items and they were replaced. And for my first time on my own trip the motel was definitely a place I’d wanna revisit.
