Was there for 1 night for a concert at waterfront. we slept good, was safe and was clean.

Property could definitely use a little maintenance/upgrade.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Would stay here again.

I was not able to check in and stay. The staff were rude and not willing help with the issues

Room was just about filthy. Dead bugs, tons of dust. Mattresses smelled bad. This is a really cheap hotel. For few bucks more you can stay somewhere that is somewhat decent, or at least clean. Only saving grace was there were no bed bugs. But I was very concerned.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were decently clean. The parking lot and people hanging around the place were questionable.

This is a low budget motel in a great location for a short stop. It’s fairly clean with low quality towels and linens. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. No in-room coffee. Housekeeping failed to empty the single trash can in the room and there were no extra trash bags. We had to ask for our grab and go breakfast. It was ‘low’ priced compared to others in Bangor, but overpriced in my opinion.

I'm giving these folks a five because of all of the work that they are doing to improve this property. This used to be Motel 6 and it was kind of run down but these folks are constantly working to upgrade this motel. They are repairing, they are cleaning, they are painting, reminds me of someone who takes pride in their home. Bravo! I applaud them.

Dont let the pics fool you. For the price do not expect alot. Ice machine has been down, had to go across the street to buy ice.. we were reimbursed. Hotel could have bought small ice machine from Costco so ice is available. Overall if you just need to put your head down for the night... its an option

It was a decent last minute stay and it’s one of those place that shouldn’t cost more the $80/night but with our current and future looking economy at $150/night it was one of the cheaper places to stay.. it’s a basic room with basic amenities.. found the king size bed comfortable … when you enter the room the strong smell of cleaners is prevalent. The shower is outdated with the spout designed for people under 5’5”… with low water pressure.. The staff was very friendly and quick with the check in and had air conditioning turned on which was nice because it was a humid night. The location was good because it was a minute off the 95 and we could hop on the 395 to avoid Bangor through the country road to hit the 9 back to Canada
