Great front desk personnel. Helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and any possible assistance you might required. Luis helped with booking a driver, and coordinated my transportation to my client location.

Great place for business trip. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet room on the 6th floor. The only thing for me to complain were the elevators. They should he renewed. Besides that, the place is great.

I especially enjoyed the great customer service from front desk folks, including Maria and Patricia. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and ample bathroom. The breakfast buffet was abundant, and always fresh!

I´be been staying in this hotel since the very beggining, for business as well as when I traveling with family and friends to the Serras Gauchas. It hasn´t changed much. The staff is very courteous and helpfull for whatever your needs might be.

I usually stay at this hotel while in business in Caxias do Sul. It´s quite confortable, staff very friendly, very good breakfast

The staff of this hotel is the outstanding part of the property. Every person I interacted with was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was clean but in desperate need of refurbishment. Drapes were soiled and didn't work properly. Carpet was badly worn and chairs were dirty.

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. Dida at the Bar was excellent.
The petite cute girl that speaks Spanish at the front desk was very helpful sorry cannot recall her name.
Breakfast was very good.
Crepes night was awesome, the cook kept serving us until we were satisfied even after the restaurant closed at 10pm.
I will stay here again next year.

Despite de lack of staff by the time we arrived (7 pm), our staying was great. This may be caused by the holyday schedule, but still is a problem. We waited almost 45 minutes to have our luggage taken to our room (we also called frontdesk 3 times) even though the reception wasn't crowded. On the other hand, the hotel is new, the room was very confortable and the breakfast was great.
