People were very nice but the place need some work I mean it needs to be cleaned up a lot more the roaches looking to be taken care of and I need to get some cable for the TVs the Wi-Fi cuts in and out and the elevator doesn't work there won't be no towels in your room and ice machine no ice machine either but they do have washing machines and dryers and a vending machine with a small selection of stuff and I mean very small selection in the lobby the ATM doesn't work there either you'll need a $50 cash deposit that you'll get back when you leave so you've been born stay at your own risk

I did not stay on this trip. I stayed there 2 weeks ago and checked out a few hours later when after Roaches were all in my bed the walls the door ect. I was able to get my $50. Cash deposit back but was not able to get my money back for the room.
I was unable to cancel the room for this stay after I had the experience with the roaches everywhere 2 weeks earlier.

This Hotel is Hideous! when I arrive to the property the reception was busy on the phone with her boyfriend. Homeless people all around the property. I Didn’t feel safe! Then after finally checking in after her long conversation on the phone i went the room on the 3rd level. The room had a stench smell and immediately noticed 5 or more dead roach lying on the floor. When i turned on lights and headed towards the bathroom roaches crawling everywhere. also the vent on the a/c unit was missing and seemed broken and only small amount of air was escaping. Then noticed no remote to turned on the Television and there was no internet so I couldn’t watch TV! Then the microwave and mini fridge not working. The bedding was ridiculous and sheets dingy. I left to get my money back and the receptionist ignored me standing there outside for a very long time and said call Hotels. com. I Personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at! It’s a dump!!!

There were several things that made my stay uncomfortable a lotnd bad experience the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude and rude I booked an smoking room and they gave me a non smoking one. The tv didn't work at all and to top it off I had to leave$60.00 deposit and they don't take card to charge the deposit only cash that I had to withdraw from the ATM that that they have in the front desk and pay a $3 fee for the withdrawal

Even though we were told there were things we had to bare with due to them being under renovation EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE . No towels rags tissue roaches trash underneath both beds food was left in the drawers from previous guests also hats n socks that didn’t belong to me or my family.

This place was terrible it had roaches all over the place! Hairs on the bed and stains!! Not worth your $30-$50 dollars!
Go somewhere else and waist those extra $20!!
Did not feel safe to even sit on the chairs provided .. luckily we were only there for 3 hrs for our flight that morning! Having to be sleep deprived for the rest of the day!!!

The worst hotel I ever stayed dirty,roaches crawling everywhere, toilet broke, tv doesn't work, wifi was crap the tub was terrible the saff was rude cussing snatching stuff out my hand you have to ask for toilet tissue the place needs to be shut down I can't see how this place is still open.

This place was dirty, had roaches and nothing in it but half a roll of toilet paper and a small single soap. Room did not have microwave, fridge, or towels. Writing on wall in bathroom, broken mirror above sink, and missing doorknob on bathroom door. Do not recommend this location

It sucked. It had no Internet, no refrigerator no microwave no towels or rags they had roaches. The Pool was dirty. The whole time couldn’t get in it and they didn’t tell you any of that before and they have all dead on the website and even when people come in to book the room, they don’t tell you about the things they don’t have.

The whole time couldn’t get in it and they didn’t tell you any of that before and they have all dead on the website and even when people come in to book the room, they don’t tell you about the things they don’t have.

We did not stay at the property because it is currently under renovation. The ac unit was open the restroom door handle was broken. The front desk was atleast honest and upfront and gave us the option to cancel. I suggest calling and checking on their renovation status.

Reserved a room and on the app it said they had WiFi and cable tv. When I got there, the person at the front counter said there WiFi and cable is down. Tried to get a refund, said it would take 48 hours, still have yet to receive my money back.
