Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location

The property was nice however not one maid came in the week we stayed and I had to ask for a change of towels 4 days in to the holiday
We had a 3 bed apartment and only 4 of us stayed but by the time the 4th person got into the shower the water was freezing and we didn’t take long showers

The hotel has a nice location and a really nice pool area. The apartments have everything you need without any luxury, and the only thing one might experience is that the AC seems a little underdimensioned making the indoor climate cool but a bit damp at times. House keeping comes to change towels and sheets which is nice when you stay over longer periods.
At the pool you have a huge amount of selfishness among the guests, taking sun beds in the morning and at times not using them at all during the day. This means that you have to be at the pool when it opens to be able to get a sunbed most of the time. The sunbeds require an update but as stated before the pool area is really nice.
A huge plus is the supermarket very close to the hotel where you basically can find everything you need at almost any hour.
One more thing: the hotel doesn’t have a gym although it says so. The small cardio machines are quite useless so if you want to keep up your workout routine during your vacation find other means.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and found ourselves relaxed and happy leaving for home.

Good location and facilities.
Apartment wasn't well maintained. Toilet seat was broken. Patio door didnt lock. Air conditioning was not great either. Reception was helpful but communication was poor.

The staff were very helpful, good welcome on arrival. The view from the seaview room was amazing. Access to the beach from the property would encourage me to return. The pool is a good size and well staffed. The local area has great facilities, reataurants, shops, bus access to Salou and Cambrillis. My only critism is the lack of room cleaning services, need more sheet and towel changes.

The pool is a good size and well staffed. The local area has great facilities, reataurants, shops, bus access to Salou and Cambrillis. Impossible to get a sun chair at the swiming pool everybody puts their towell snd then do not show up. Check out time at 10 am is way too early. Location is good, staff is nice and is clean, parking is convenient

Great clean pool and several extra activities in hotel area, the beach close to hotel and excellent service! Supermarket was located next to the hotel, which made the live easy. Unfortunatelly the hotel was noisy, located next to railway, wi-fi was not working, rooms equipement and furniture was poor, towels and bed lines quality low and the restaurants nearby was not good. With small kds Cambrills city and Salou was not in walking distance. This hotel is paradise for kids but maybe disappointment for adults looking for good quality accomodation.

We stayed in feb 2015 and it was off season so many places were closed, however this did not put us off as there was still loads to do and the nearby shops that were open could not have been more friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but would probably go in march as the nearby port aventura theme park was closed so that was a major bummer. We took the reme train into Barcelona on a couple of days (€60 for 4) and that was well worth a trip, train was approx 1hr 10.
