Not the best experience. Of course I had bad timing when I arrived and there was police there with an incident with another customer. The manager was amazing making sure I was comfortable. He deserves so much! The hotel overall though wasn’t the most comfortable or the nicest.

The staff are professional and very helpful. Only sometimes the coffee maker did not function. Please have that fixed quickly. Other than that no concerns. We liked the quiet despite being bang on a busy road. We could do our work peacefully and at walking distance to CU Boulder. Excellent place! Thank you. the rates could be made more affordable for longer stays.

The location was good for where I needed to be, and the parking was easy right outside the door. Staff was friendly. It's on a busy street but it didn't interfere with a good night's sleep

This Motel was quiet and clean with the exception of pet smell .it was a pet frienly!

Older motel, sparse room. But location is wonderful. On a busy street but noise was not a problem for us. No housekeeping but easy to get extra towels , etc. Bed was comfortable and free parking was a plus. Would stay here again.

Bathroom is spacious, has a window for fresh air. Closet also spacious, room was very clean. Front desk receptionist was very kind and informative, even gave us a preference of room location (upstairs or downstairs). Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Would book again next time we stay in the area.

Hotel beds are terrible. No soap in rooms.

It was in a very convenient location for the concert I attended at Folsom field and easy to find. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler like me. Both of the front desk clerks I met were very nice! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The inn itself was quiet, there was just a little noise from the nearby bars and normal noises you encounter close to a place with night life. The one thing that was slightly uncomfortable about the room was that the air conditioner seemed to push out humid air that didn’t seem as cold as the temperature setting I had it on. It wasn’t terrible but it did get kind of muggy at times. The price was kind of high, when I booked it I thought it was because of the quality but now I’m assuming it was due to the concert in the area this weekend. I wanted something walkable but after researching dates for potential future stays I was kind of disappointed to find out it was triple the price it normally is. Due to this I didn’t feel the quality matched the price. So I ended up paying way more just for convenience. I should have looked into that more before booking. The shower was very nice and I loved that the toilet was a dual flush to save water.

Easy walk to campus or Pearl Street and everything in between. We were upgraded to a suite and had a separate room with a couch, TV, and desk, which is perfect if you need to get some work done. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for the week. Would absolutely stay here again considering its affordability and location.

The hotel really is a dump. It hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed properly. There was no daily cleaning service. It didn’t have sober shampoo in the dispensers. Had to ask for toilet paper and Something to put the toilet paper on because the unit in the wall was missing parts So it didn’t work

This is 2nd time we have stayed here while passing through Boulder. Great location and great service/management . The front desk person even helped me jump start my vehicle in the morning when it was dead!
