Amazing experience at the front desk. Were you able to suggest Wonderful restaurants to try. Helped with reservations in French. Beautiful room love the modern touches wonderful sleeping!

I loved how centrally located this hotel was. Pretty much anywhere in Old Quebec was a 15-20 min walk at most. Its also only a 5 mins walk to/from gare du palais train station. The service was very friendly too. As soon as I checked in, I was given a map and even a route for me to walk around Old Quebec and explore the area. I was also explained how to use the bus and the app for the bus. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast delivered to the room in the mornings. It was a couple of pastries and some yogurt or cheese. I wish the room service for dinner was better. The "room service" comes from the restaurant Legende. The QR code for the menu in the room was out of date so when I called to order, I was told what I wanted to eat was not on the menu. What I did order was overpriced, mediocre, and very small portions. There are lots of other restaurants that had good reviews nearby though.

Could not have chosen a better place to stay. The entire city was walkable from this location. The hotel had a very romantic vibe, wonderful bed, loved the layout of the Premiere Suite. Staff was terrific, especially Justin at the front desk who welcomed us and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. Clean, nice staff, good location, gave us pastries, orange juice and yogurt at our door every morning, bed comfy...just a great stay.

It was good overall. We didn’t like having breakfast delivered at 7am to our room. We thought it would be a sit down breakfast. The advertisement and photos say it has a bar and restaurant…not true they are next door at a completely different name and facility!

Room was comfy, bed a bit soft. Sitting chairs were rockers and too soft. Breakfast was sent to room and included croissants,juice and coffee. No choices were given. A bit pricey for what you got.

The hotel was situated a bit further from the city center than I expected, but it was easy to get to. Lots of construction sometimes created challenges walking around until we learned the area. I would stay there again, absolutely, the staff was amazing and the hotel had the boutique vibe i love!

We had the most amazing stay! The staff is extremely helpful! The beds are comfy and the rooms are big enough for two! Plus there’s am amazing restaurant attached!
The gym is small but suitable and the location is pretty darn good too! All walkable!!

this hotel has an excellent and helpful staff. the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice bonus. location was great and walkable to all of old Quebec. i like this stay quite a lot 10/10.
