Best place I stayed in my many mobtreal trips. Strongly recommend it.

Hotel was okay. Service was slow and although it was valet parking only, there was only one attendant and you need to leave your car parallel parked on the side on a busy and narrow street. Location did not feel safe and the area only had limited food options. Would not recommend staying in this location.

Friendly service, free valet parking or self park after 11pm. Rooms are a good size and clean. Good area next to bars and restaurants and not far from the arena. Very fun city need to come back and would consider staying here again.

Always impeccable, perfect place EXCEPT they switched to valet parking, unfortunately, which makes you wait for a long time but it's understandable. I personally hate valet parking in general.

Very good location. The bed is comfort. The room is spacious. Would be better if the coffee in breakfast have more types instead only americano.

Getting into the building was NOT easy. Parking was horrible
Had to have a lesson to use the elevator.

Our stay was great! I reached out to the hotel a couple days before our stay to see if we could get a room upgrade and they graciously agreed! We were given an executive suite, which was fantastic since we were 3 women travelling together. So nice to have an extra bathroom and more space! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Mount Royal and old Montreal.

there were not many food options or an ice machine. Was clean and the staff was polite. was not as comfortable as I thought.

Had a nice stay. The property was very clean and the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that would make it better is if they had a pool in the fabulous outdoor space they have.

We had a great stay. Hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Great location for us, walkable to most things. About 15 minutes to the Old Town. Would definitely recommend.

I would give 5 star but the valet was scared to park my truck in parking saying the clearance was too small but I seen parking and it would have made it. Valet should know or measure vehicles.

Great location, we walked along St Laurent Blvd - miles of shops and restaurants, and up to Mount Royal - fun trails and wide views of the city, and down to the old town. We had an inner room and it was very quiet. Nice big bathroom with one of those fancy rain shower heads.

Nice hotel. Good shape. Location little far away but good walk to downtown. Neighborhood a bit iffy but seemed safe.

I do not use valet parking as I had issues in the past. The staff made me feel uncomfortable when I requested to park my car myself.

Hotel 10 is a great place to stay in the center of everything. Very clean, everyone was very friendly, valet service was excellent.

Homeless are somewhere around one side of the hotel which made I felt unsafe to go out late in the evening.
