Check in was at 11:30
I arrived around 12:45 and there was a sign to come back at 2:00 pm when I came back the room was still not ready so I had to wait until it was ready. When we got in the room we were suppose to have a queen size bed and were given a full size. The door was hard to get into the room and me and my husband had to try for a good 3 minutes just to get in the house maintenance lady then advised us the door gets stuck.

Nice clean room. Bed was firm but comfortable. One of the nicest Motel 6 we have stayed at. Right next to everything. The other good ones have been the one in Santa Barbara south by the beach. I would stay here again mainly because we travel with our 12 lb Maltese mix and they don’t charge extra for dogs to stay.

Perfect location to the beach, great view of the beach, walking distance to main street with all the shops and great dining. Price was very fair considering how close it was to the beach and compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels around it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall great experience!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Our stay was good. The proximity to the ocean is the top reason we liked our stay. However, the area was very noisy. You have to leave the windows open for airflow so you can hear all of the outside noise. The cops were dealing with some one in the hotel until 3am and just when it felt like it got quite the daily activities began. Take ear plugs and a fan.

You can’t beat the location of this motel as it is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. However, our room was not ready to check in until over 2 hours after check in time and manager was not willing to upgrade or give us a discount for the wait. There was no AC in the units, and the rooms were definitely not sound proof. LOL Other than that, rooms served their purpose and it was a decent stay.

I was charged twice for a key deposit, was checked in before the room was cleaned so had to wait an hour outside until they cleaned it. The parking was awful even with a permit still was not enough parking

Wonderful walking area just steps away! So close to the beach and restaurants and easy hotel with dogs .
So happy we stayed here; felt safe and quiet .

We got there at 3pm waited 2 hours to get check in cause room wasnt ready. The front desk guy ignored us for 10 min until he quit what he was doing to finally check us in. He didnf even apologized for the wait etc.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 a few times before my current visit. It is all about location. I park and walk everywhere I want to go. Great it has a fridge for extra snacks as the local restaurants close earlier than I am use to.

One bed had several strands of long red/brown hair on the fitted sheet. Another bed have blood or pizza sauce dried and crusted on the warm fuzzy blanket above the sheet.
Over all the property was exactly as we expected chosen for location and convenience!!!

Property was in excellent condition, room was clean & sheets were new. Walking distance to beach, restaurants & shopping. I would stay there again.

The room was about a mintue or two walking distance to the beach. Everything was close just around the corner example; resturants, a market that is open until midnight, shops, and the pier. We were able to see the ocean from our room, there is a bench outside in every room infront of the window. The room were clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly.
