It was a quiet, peaceful stay. Booked a room with a jetted tub. And the king bed was so soft and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy!

The room smelled of chemical cleaners and the tile floor was grimy, no bear foot walking. There was no hair dryer although it was an advertised amenity. When I asked for one the explanation was that they break. Another guest that overheard provided his to me. I was given a handicap room without being informed. I’ve stayed a budget friendly locations without these issues. The breakfast the first morning was bad, although the second was better.

I've always had good experiences at Country Inns and this was no different. We had a short stay, arriving around midnight and just staying one night, but it was on our way home from Ocean City and way cheaper than any of the OC motels.

No one was available at the front desk when I checked in or out. With check in, there was a sign at the front desk to call the hotel phone number which I did multiple times with no answer. When did get an answer was told that she was dealing with a maintenance issue and was on the phone with maintenance addressing the issue. No one at front desk on checkout. Again, called the main hotel number which was answered right away. Three staff members then walked out of the laundry room.

It was a very basic hotel. The decor of the lobby and rooms was unattractive and not pleasing. The bathroom was nice and bed comfy. Floors were sticky. And the lobby smelled weird

location is convenient and staffs are nice. Room was not clean and moldy in the shower and floor was not clean. I took photos and showed the front desk. They cleaned it and is better, but still moldy. One of the reasons we booked this hotel because of the hot tub, but jets were not working.

TV remote didn't work. Picture on tv was fuzzy on every station. Bed was broken and made a horrible metal on metal screeching sound each time we moved. It woke everyone up all night.

I wouldn't stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Salisbury, MD again.
For the $270/night room, I found it to be dingy and underwhelming. The hotel lobby smelled very nice and was clean, but our actual room felt old and not cleaned properly. The room was tight and felt small, despite there being a living room area, despite being an accessible room. The pillows were awful - zero foam and flattened immediately.
Additionally, I check every hotel room we stay in very carefully for bed bugs or other creatures and unfortunately we found what appeared to be one bed bug in the sheets (see photo) - but I didn't see it until the morning so we've gone through the heat/kill process with all our items we brought into the room. I didn't see anything at check-in otherwise we would have requested a new room then.
The biggest issue, aside from a bed bug, was our shower's water temperature. Last night, it was scalding hot and couldn't regulate lower despite moving the handle. This morning, it was freezing, and again unable to be regulated no matter where you placed the handle. I even tried to see if the bathroom sink water would change the shower temperature if turned on but it had no affect.
I was really disappointed when I informed Mike, the gentleman at the front desk this morning. He was very friendly, however dismissed the water temperature issue we had and said I really needed to 'fiddle' with the handle more and that their water is testy at times.

No value to this stay. Taking into account this is a peak time and area for beach weather, the upkeep of an older hotel was not very good. Mold in the corner of shower enclosure, mildew smell in the hallways toothpaste on bathroom wall.

The room was loud from old AC and very sandy from previous guest. The pool was dirty and looked like it had been a few day since it was last cleaned with no clean towels and a non working hot tub.

It was just ok! Definitely in need of updates and a better cleaning. Staff was there-no one really went out of their way to say hello or ask how this were going. We did get locked out of our room-the night latch somehow opened when we left or after house keeping and we couldn’t get in!!! The front desk guy did come to our rescue with that!
