The staff was extremely helpful. I ask where the ice was and the maintenance man got me some from the kitchen because the ice machine was out of service. There are two great restaurants in the hotel.

Nice, older motel. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, single story with parking outside the door. So high marks for that. It was a short walk to a nice restaurant for breakfast. We had no interaction with the staff except at check-in. We did mark down on eco- friendly because it wasn’t well insulated so we need to keep the AC on most of the night.

I have been staying at the Townhouse Motel off and on for years, as I grew up in Winnemucca. Generally the property is quiet and comfortable. The room is comfortable and quiet, although dated. The bathroom is cramped and awkward. The shower is very small and I found the provided body wash to be of no use.

Dated from the early '60s with very little upgrade. Also the pool is not functioning. In 80 to 90° weather that's a real disappointment.

This was a strange mix of bad and good. When I got there they gave me a key to an occupied room. Took a while to straighten it out. Then they put me in a room with clean wet carpet. The bed was hard and pillows flat and old. It was a very old facility but clean and well maintained.

Cute little old style motel. Not fancy but hsd everything we needed. The beds were soft and comfy. The a.c. unit was cold. No complaints.

Outdated and there was a dirty towel in bathroom. A/C made clicking spund all night. Beds comfortable enough.

Management needs to step up, towels ,sheets , old, stained, bedspreads ripped and dirty. Staff was nice, but you need to give them better tools to work with. Terrible experience, never will stay again

The pros: coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. The cons: the shower was terrible, almost painful. It was dusty and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while, which surprised me after reading other reviews
