Nice property and rooms but not a great location when you have limited time to explore the city. The gym is okay but small and the cardio machines are old

Finally a hotel that has all the amenities I expect when I travel, air conditioning, proper bed, iron/ironing board, room service, all in a modern, beautifully designed hotel. Excellent service from the staff.

The hotel was nice. The room was more than we expected for the price.
But when we came back and wanted to order our food at the restaurant it took quite long. This I assume would be due to understaffed personal.
So I am not too disappointed in it. The quality of it was more than decent.
Overall the stay at the hotel was worth it.

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet, although our room did not have wifi. We asked at reception, only to be told there are "working on it". But it wasn't working for the length of our stay.

The hotel was nice, lovely rooms and the staff was friendly and service minded. However, one person ruined the general impression: one of the waiters who was very rude and did not understand what his job in a service business means. A pity, because otherwise we would have liked to come back to Leonardo next time.

Room was excellent. Staff in general was friendly. Hotel location is Ok but not great. Bar was open late which gave us some extra time to relax after a long day. I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10 stars. I would give it a 10 if the Hotel would have been located right in the city. However, if you are visiting just for business, this is the Hotel I would recommend.

It was fine as a place for to rest your head for the night but it's not exactly good value for money considering we chose what was supposed to be a superior room.
