Dining service was poor. It took approximately 1 hour after we had placed our order to be served.

Beautiful property. Nice suites, large balcony. Great buffet breakfast. However, need to take ubers to get to town, but they are cost effective.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The staff are, without exception, amazing, nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly and helpful and great for local recommendations. The hotel is clean throughout and we really enjoyed the massive choice of breakfast items available each morning. It is a little out the way but there is a regular free shuttle bus into Caparica and we found Uber’s to Lisbon cheap and quick. We used the spa for a massage which was also fabulous and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

I booked a wheelchair-accessible room, only to find that the bathroom didn’t even have a shower chair. Do they expect wheelchair users to magically no longer need assistance when showering? When I asked the front desk for a shower chair, the receptionist rudely informed me that the hotel only has one chair for the entire property, and it was already in use by another guest. When I asked if I could use one of the balcony chairs instead, she said they would have to charge me for it because it wasn’t designed for showers. Despite my stay lasting seven days, they never managed to provide a shower chair. The staff showed no empathy or willingness to help make alternative arrangements. To top it off, the room was misleadingly advertised as accessible, but it clearly did not meet accessibility standards.

This is overall a nice hotel, with modern rooms. However the maintenance and service could do with some improvement.
On arrival, our bathroom sink was blocked and a light was not working. It took a day to have these resolved.
Throughout the whole stay, the TV wasn't working properly - it took over a minute for each channel to show up when flipping channels.
We also had a coffee machine in the room, that needed us to ask every day at reception for it to be replenished, as they otherwise forgot to fill the pods.
Weirdly for a busy 4-star hotel in peak season, their bar closes at 11, and room service at midnight. It's a surprise they don't have 24hr room service.

Everything was great about this hotel. I would definitely consider coming back , the only thing it was a bit loud too many kids because we had the ocean view facing the swimming pool . We had a great time staying there.

This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best.

Staff were so amazing . I had been in the hospital for several days and had to stay close by after surgery. All the staff took great care of me and asked after me several times. My wife and I always stay here when we are in Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone.
