The hallway was freezing cold. The condition of the room was a 3-4. Check in was fine.

very clean room, great customer service. Things out front of the hotel were a little chaotic, but once we got checked in, and parked, things were fine.

Front desk staff did not seem interested in their job and lacked communication skills. Overall, visit was good. Facility is clean and beautiful. Area felt safe and there are many places to dine.

The hotel is right in the middle of town, close to everything. The front desk staff is always friendly. Although, Erik Cornish is no longer there due to health issues (from my understanding) the other front desk staff was nice, not Erik nice though.

The pool is the most treasured amenity of this hotel. A lovely, quiet pool in a courtyard with nice towels provided and clean spacious restrooms nearby. Rooms are good, but we found the mattress to be a bit hard for our taste. All shower gel, shampoos and lotion provided by Crabtree and Evelyn. The phone did not work in our room for us to call down for room service or more pillows. The staff took copious notes at this desk upon check out for these matters to be inspected. I'd stay here again. It was a nice experience.

This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We upgraded to a suite and it had no sheets or pillows for pull out beds and not to mention the major issues of uncleanliness!!!! I could post pictures and go on and on but it still wouldn’t be able to make you understand the entire experience. We moved to a queen room so my kids would have somewhere to sleep and it was even more disgusting than the previous room!!! Like blood on walls it’s just so obvious that they surface clean and that’s it, if they do that. Just please believe the post that say this place needs MAJOR HELP AND VERY DEEP CLEANING especially on the 5th floor!!!!
