We didn’t stay because when we arrived the entire hotel was under construction. Even the elevator. They couldn’t find a room that wasn’t under construction so we stayed somewhere else.

The hotel is under MAJOR renovations unbeknown to us. We had reservations at the restaurant and once we checked in to the hotel realized it was closed! Zero access to pretty much everything. I always need a gym in my hotel and was told when we got there that too was closed. They should not be charging what they did for this hotel as we would have booked elsewhere!

This was a nice hotel - it is currently undergoing renovation, so the lobby, bar, and restaurant are closed. Quite a bit of noise during the day. On the up-side, it wasn't overly busy and in most cases you felt like the only one there.

Property was in a poor state under construction, would not recommend it . No amenities what so ever for the price we paid per night. Would not recommend

Place was under construction and the lobby was closed. Banging early in the morning and rooms were not very nice. Wished I would have been notified prior to stay because I would have stayed somewhere else.

They were in middle of renovations that we were not aware of. The room was nice. Shower had some mildew growing in corners so could have been cleaner.
We had to walk through dust filled hallway and elevator. You would think they would have discounted the room since there was no bar or restaurant and the lobby was completely closed off. Not to mention the 8:00m construction start time.
The check-in staff was very nice and professional. No complaints about the staff.
Guessing the place will be much better once renovations are done.

The property was pretty nice but is being renovated. The staff were not that helpful and didn’t offer us water. We had to keep asking, which is annoying. One staff member was rude to my husband when he asked.

Overall pretty good- the in room game was over the top- where’s “dick” was eye opening to say the least. Little “drawings” of various sizes on the wall paintings (17 found but there may have been more) were very recognizable. You may want to include this in your renovations 😜

Everything's close distance from the hotel. Easy to get around. I disliked that our room was not cleaned by staff each day we stayed there. That's my only complaint.other than that great stay. staff are friendly

We are happy with a nice clean cozy hotel. Our room had the jacuzzi tub, which was very nice. A little disappointed that the restaurant on the premises was being renovated and the spa was closed. It’s ok, we went for the wine tasting anyway.

The restaurant and lounge was closed for renovations. Would have liked to have known that- one of the hotel features that brings us back. Refrigerator didn’t work, no extra bedding for sofa, went down to front desk to ask for extra drinking glass and was told no. I’ve stayed here a number of times and this is the first time had a negative experience

The best service weve had in a long time checking in to a hotel. Staff was friendly and suggesting restaurants and genuinely happy. Tne room was beautiful!

I brought my girlfriend here for our anniversary, booked a room with a jacuzzi and the room would not cool down below 79-80 degrees. She had her heart set on enjoying the jacuzzi and we couldn’t take the heat and had to get a different room.

I didn’t like the wall ac unit and listening to the 101 traffic.

My daughter and I were looking last minute accommodations during a roadtrip that was comfortable and offered a pool and hot tub. We called to confirm what time the pool and hot tub would close but they failed to mention the hot tub was not working. Very annoying. We had a suite which was really nice. The front person was ok and seemed over their job.

We have always enjoyed staying at this property in the past however this stay was below standard. The hotel is changing management or ownership not sure Hilton will be taking over therefore things were let go a bit. Staff still friendly but supples low toiletries were not replaced bar in restaurant was out of some liqueurs. We were disappointed in our stay. Will check out other hotels in Paso Robles area as this hotel is going into renovation mode.

I like that it was close to all the places we wanted to visit during our trip yo Paso Robles. Close to highway 101 and 49.

The pool is small and the hot tub was under renovation. The fireplace wasn’t working and they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate requests

The jucuzzi was not working and we had to change rooms after the first day because the thermostadt was not working. The staff is nice but very limited.

We’ve stayed here 4 times before & always had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill!!! We booked the suite with a jacuzzi tub. The water pressure for the tub was so low, it took 2 hours to fill the tub!!! (That’s not an embellishment!) We finally started filling up trash cans in the shower to fill the tub up faster. We asked if we could change rooms & were told, the only other room available, the jets in the tub didn’t work. We also tried to order room service, four separate calls, finally the guy at the front desk told us, room service would call us. They never did! We ordered a pizza instead. They offered us a $20 off breakfast coupon for our troubles. What a disappointment!!!!

Restaurant was average. Food was salty...too much bell peppers. Overpriced. Front office staff were not that welcoming for the price.
