A very pleasant 4 night stay. Well located for the shops and night life. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a kettle and hot drinks. The guys on reception were helpful and friendly. The night security man was also i real gent tto, helping with a taxi. Thank you

Friendly staff, quick check-in, comfy clean quiet room. Fluffy pillows, nice tea and coffee. Foyer was very nice and decor fashionable. We were offered breakfast but were meeting friends so cant comment on quality. Would stay agsin. X

Easy to check in, easier to check out. I traveled with my dog and all was perfect.

Booked in ok but, we went to bed to watch tv, my husband felt wetness at the bottom of the bed he went to reception and a young man came to see, sometime later he came with fresh sheets and duvet, the mattress protector had stopped to wetness to the mattresses. Spoilt our stay, we've stayed with ibis many times but no sure we would again

We have stayed at this hotel several times now.
Every visit has been a pleasant experience.
Staff are most friendly and helpful.
Rooms are always clean and very inviting.
If you want extra sheets, pillows or towels just ask, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Subject to availability, you can also choose your room, we chose one on the quieter side of the hotel.
Overall a very comfortable hotel, whenever we go to Nottingham we have always stayed here and will continue to do so.

A nicer than usual Ibis. Centrally located with clean and comfortable room. The room had one of those bathroom pods which thankfully was larger than past experience, with a very decent shower. Would stay here again if the price was right.

Air conditioning wasn't great especially at night just wasn't much cool air coming out of it. Don't appreciate getting woke up with a dog barking in one of the rooms after from that the staff was lovely & and my room & hotel was spotless

We booked specifically for a room with air conditioning the room does not have air conditioning! It has a unit that only allows the room to be at a temperature of 20°
