Absolutely love the location. Being right next to the arena it was very convenient. Also loved it being next to the river made it nice to walk around after the event we attended.

The location was perfect! The room was clean.

The pool was out of service and the breakfast was just ok. It was a busy morning when we were there but they were out of most items.

It has nice view of river and bridge very close to shops and restaurants.

Our sink was backed when we checked in. We stayed 6 nights and there was no maid service

I liked the location and the handicap accessible bathroom.

I didn't like the weak shower pressure. I also hate how the water leaks out on the floor near the shower bench.

I loved the location. Bike/Walk trails plenty of options for breakfast lunch dinner snacks drinks within walking distance. Had a little trouble determining if I booked a radisson or wyndham, the hotel must have recently changed hands. Hotel was updated but some areas seemed a little tired and worn.

Some areas were a little worn and could use a refresh.

It’s close to the Venue and to lots of Dining facilities. River Pub has Fantastic Food,would definitely go there again.

Rooms are so old, there needs to be renos done on the whole building. The breakfast was very weak and the shower was cold for half of our showers. However, the lady at the front desk was nice and I liked the location.

The a pool and staff was very nice.

They did not come inside the room to clean it like emptying the trash. We did not have the do not disturb sign on the door.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Vibrant Arena, and visiting the John Deere Pavillion. The attached Bass Street Chop House was also excellent! Will definitely stay here again for its convenient location.

I did not like the fact there would be a damn 2 hour wait for the restaurant, considering the fact the place never opened up til 4 PM,,, that is the one thing that upset me... your hotel guest should be your first priority.

Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and several pillow choices! Breakfast was included which was a bonus!

Had to return to front desk to reactivate our key! This happened several times.

Location was good and coffee was good. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was bland. Hotel needed updating and there was no room service at all. We were not told that we had to ask for room service until we inquired as to why room was not cleaned. Was overcharged for room from what booking had quoted and when inquired said we had to go through booking to address. Hotel charged a different rate even after they gave us the correct rate when we checked in.

breakfast didn't have much Restaurant attached was pricy for travelers. The bartender was not friendly!

problem at check in, I booked thru booking.com and they said my reservation had been cancelled, I did not cancel it. They did finally give me a room at the rate I had booked thru Booking.com and also gave me a suite. Not sure what actually happened but I have never had a problem with Booking.com before.
