Room was clean and comfortable but no cups in room, no chair, no sofa. Just a desk with backless ottoman. Not ideal to use computer. Continental breakfast was just bagel and cream cheese or yogurt. I expected a Danish, voice of juice or milk. Disappointed.

Positive - clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean fridge, closet Negative Trash left behind headboads, after night parking with people hanging out in their cars, Windows left open without notify me up on arrival, no early check in from +2 hours in advance.

Air conditioner in the room was not working when we checked in, the phone in the room was not working and had no cords to plug it in, no anwser at the front desk when i called from a cellphone. I walked down to the desk for help. The poor girl at the front seemed to be doing everything herself because and came up to the room to look at the ac unit. She was able to get it working but there were wires sticking out all over the bottom of the unit. Bagels were good, muffins were hard and stale, oj machine wasnt working. It was an ok stay over all, but everything was just lack luster and half assed, down to the missing ice buckes and paint overapray everywhere.

The room itself was fine. The exterior of the property has homeless people living in the bushes and doing drugs. The staff, BIG ZERO, i forgot my tablet in my room and went the next day to get it. The front desk said nothing was turned in. I checked location and someone was using it a couple towns over in Fontana. Not trustworthy staff

Great hotel!

I have stayed at this property a few times when it was the Country Inn and Suites. This was my first time staying under Sparks. Not much changed, but I thought there should at least be 1 - 2 chairs in the room, and maybe a coffee maker. Silly as this may sound, the cord on the blow dryer is way too short. II did like when a hot breakfast was offered.

This was the largest rool I've ever seen in my life. Great bed, quiet. Essy on and off freeway.great place to stay.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, breakfast-meh bagels were the only choice. Also, our room seemed like it was “undone”. Bathroom door seemed like a hook had been taken out and not been put back in, large sink area in main room, but no cups and outlets over there didn’t work. It was just strange-like an unfinished renovation was happening, but not really.

Remodeled and spacious rooms - close proximity to University of Redlands and shopping. Pool area was nice with full sun. Only downside of property - homeless population behind buildings and parking areas.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was very thoughtful and helpful. The area is very sketchy. I was afraid . I slept with a chair at the door. The customer was so good. I only encountered one person and she offered to give me her parking space . I’ll always remember her being so kind.
