I was very unpleased with the room. The pictures do not look nothing like the actual room. Our room had live roaches crawling around and also dead was just laying on floor. A lot of dead ones was under the bed and i actually woke up the next morning laying on a dead one. It was clean at all. Didnt look likr anybody swept the floors or wiped down. Fire alarm was broke sitting on table. Big hole in bathroom door and the towel rod gone. Looked like somebody got the fighting in there. I will not be coming back. I feel that was a waste of 70 bucks.

I am a frequent traveler and honestly, I have never encountered a property that is this nasty. How did I end up there with my family? False advertisement and fake photos online. The property looks nothing like on the photos. JUST HORRIBLE!!

This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever been to. I didn’t stay. I walked into the room and walked back out. Dirty with graffiti all over the walls. Very very gross.

Upon returning my room key and expressing my frustration, the property manager, JESSE, literally told me he'd call the cops and tell them I was driving drunk. What a sick, foul, disgusting human.

We didn't stay! We reserved a king suite with kitchenette smoking. When we entered the room it was disgusting! It wasn't a king it was a full size bed, just a sheet on the bed, no comforter . The receptionist was a sweet man. But when we got into the room, the toilet was shaky when you sit on it it rocks left or right you had to flush it twice and it appeared to be mold on the ceiling that was painted over, but we were so tired That we didn’t bother we just got in the bed and went to sleep and we left early

I never stayed there i paid online and could not get in the room i end up having to pay again. I need a refund for this night asap. When i checked in the key you was suppose to send never was sent. I paid for the room in front of the receptionist and it did not let me check in so i uad to pay cash again. I need my refund for not being able to be in the room.

Worst experienced! Booked online, first hotel had given away the room due to non-payment, which was not requested at time of booking. Called customer service to book another room at nearby Studio 6. When arrived room was given to current guest who had to move to another room due to roach problem. Booked another facility nearby. When arrived, office was closed not able to check in. Terrible.

Cabinets were missimg doors. Bathroom door wouldnt latch. Water was cold with little pressure, no trash cans in the room. Outlets had no covers.

Excellent staff, very accommodating, always available, kind of privately located w/ plenty of parking, a lot of restaurants and shopping along with other activities within 3-5 miles of the area…. just an excellent stay. I appreciate everything so much. I definitely recommend this location.
