20 mins. walking away from the nearest train station. Receptionist was terribly. I plan to check out at 11am but my friend who pick us up to the train station came 1 hr early so we can talk before departing. There’s no temporary parking available for my friend to park instead the receptionist told me that we have to pay for the parking spot in the basement. I look around the hotel first floor and found many empty spots but the receptionist told me those spots are for the workers. How can the hotel guests to be treated like this since we’ve booked 2 rooms for total 4 nights? To me it’s a worst experience to stay at this hotel. This hotel is not worth your money.

Nice sized apartments with all you need to self cater and quite reasonably priced for Copenhagen.
Staff were friendly. Gym and pool sufficient for our needs. Neighborhood area was nice.

Seems out on its own towards the cruise port area, but an easy train and bus ride pretty much to the door. Very clean and nice room. Washing machine and separate dryer is great for a repack before moving on. Walked to all the tourist spots. Supermarket underneath the building or at train station. Helpful staff and restaurants in the area for all tastes.

Really convenient apart hotel. Close to little mermaid Amelioborg palace and Nyhavn you can rent bikes at the front desk which makes sightseeing so much more enjoyable fun and easy. Great size well set up apartment with small balcony has oven fridge and kitchnette and washing machine and dryer inside apartment good gym sauna and small pool. Netto supermarket at corner is very convenient Open 7 am to 10pm means you can make a coffee at home to avoid the ultra high coffee prices.
Overall a good value and great setup for Copenhagen which is pretty expensive to visit.

Hotel is really nice, rooms have great features, kitchen was very useful. Sofa wasn't particularly comfortable, and they only cleaned our room once whilst we were there (6 nights), which wasn't enough

The apartment was wonderfully appointed and very clean. The service was good and the onsite parking, the nearby restaurant, and grocery store were both very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the canal and train station. Wonderful bakery/coffee shop and a grocery around the corner. Perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Located slightly out of the city center but in a quite nice area. A supermarket with all necessary groceries is close by. Easy to reach buy public transport but as it is close to the train tracks it might the a bit difficult for light sleepers. Slight negative: cleaning was every 3 days by default but on request dayly cleaning is possible.

Excellent service from all the staff at all times. Went out of their way to help us rent a stroller as our luggage did not arrive in time. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Comfortable, big and quiet room for our family of 3. Lovely swimming pool.

One of my absolute favorite hotels in Copenhagen.
The location is really good, parking is easy, the pool is great for exercise, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the spacious rooms are so nice.

What we liked: The staff was very helpful, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Only 15 min. walk to train and Metro station. A few good grocery and dinning options a few hundred feet from lobby. Having a kitchenette and laundry appliances saved us money on our 2-week stay. Rooms/kitchen were cleaned regularly.
What we didn't like: As only English speaking couple, most of the TV channels were in Dansk and had NO option for English subtitles. What made it worse is that every time the TV was turned on or adjusted in the main living area, it turned on the TV in the bedroom despite swapping remotes, etc... Very frustrating. For some reason (despite all the kitchen utensils and kitchen wares), no ice cube trays to make ice! I even asked at the reception, so it wasn't like it was taken from the room, just not important I guess?? What made this frustrating, is that there were no ice machines in the hotel. I was told to grab a "free" small bag of ice from the reception snack area.. Most of the time, ice was not there..
