Best part of hotel is that its very close to central station. Walking distance 3 mins so its perfect if you are here for couple of days to see the city. Rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean.

Basic hotel, good location, close to train station. Breakfast was included and was good.no elevator. I had a room on a 4th floor, difficult to carry luggage for a senior with a knee problem

Excellent hotel for ‘economy’ travellers. Well furnished with good overall facilities. Room was compact but very adequate clean and comfortable.
Breakfast excellent range/choice and good value for money.
Reception staff (particularly Peter) helpful friendly and knowledgable about local transport and visitor attractions.
Luggage store and safe lockers very secure and accessible at minimal charge.
Location excellent and adjacent to central station and Metro with easy access to City Hall Square and several local points of interest.
Overall fantastic experience and great location for first time to CPH
Excellent stay and was great value for money. (3 nights). Most definitely worth return visit😊

The wifi was slow, and the room did not have proper noise isolation between the hallway and our room.
The location was excellent, and the staff was nice.

Great and helpful staff! Quiet except no air conditioning nessecitated keeping windows open. Stairs with no lift. Very close to train and Tivoli as well as shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit boring and it was quite noisy outside the room. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and thats the most important thing. We’re satisfied but would have wished for more than just one soap in the shower and a hairdryer. We also thought it was a bit weird that they take a cost for luggage storage.

The staff, breakfast and shared toilets and showers was nice and good standard. There were no ventilation in our room so it was very hor in the morning.

Great location, metro and railway station is within 2-3 minutes. Some minutes wall from the city centet. Clean room, friendly stuff. Good value for the monay.

The hotel has the perfect location if you arrive by train. I was not aware that there was a common bath and shower down the hall, but that was not a problem. No A/C was a surprise, too.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, comfy, inexpensive and welcoming lounge bar, close to rail station and metro. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel - our first night was very nosisy but the staff were more than happy to move us.

Four of us stayed in a room together for one night. It’s fantastic location- right outside the central train station, close to great tacos, Korean food, and softice. The room was clean, with four, perfectly comfortable twins (two of them convertible into couch chairs) and luckily, we were on the first floor (because there is no elevator.) But the best part was how great the service was. Everyone at the front desk was kind, helpful, and sweet. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at Saga hotel for three nights in the beginning of July. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and close to the train station. The downside is that parts of the area of are a bit shady at night time, not a big deal though.

Small space but comfortable. Close to the metro and to many restaurant and downtown locations. Do not believe that the hotel has an elevator so if you’re on the third floor with lots of bags, it’s a lot of work.

Our room was extremely hot as there was no AC unit. A small plug-in fan was provided, however it was not enough to keep our room cool whatsoever—even with the fan on full power in front of an open window in the evening. Given the heat, it was quite difficult to fall (or stay) asleep; we woke up in terribly sweaty condition. If you plan on staying here in the summer, beware!
