I am really glad to stay here. First of all, there are many good spaces which are set good sofas near entrance. Not only room but any spaces are good. Needless to say, breakfast is good as well.

I had a very nice stay all staff was very friendly and nice not one thing they need to work on it more is the cleanliness and that doesn’t mean it’s dirty but for all of the facilities they offer and great in cleaning is not that good. I hope that would help .

The hotel itself was elegant and well-kept. Incredible selection of products and plates to order at breakfast. We also very much enjoyed the charming neighborhood of Ostrów Tumski - it was especially lovely at night when all the lights in surrounding sights were turned on.

The stay overall was very nice however I ordered breakfast to my room and it wasn't the best. The range of food was basic, for example there was not fresh fruit and the price was quite high. I hope they improve this for my next visit.

After the long drive there was a late check in. Breakfast was included, but we were not woken up for breakfast, although we asked for it. They didn't put water in the room and we couldn't make coffee. The level of the hotel needs to be kept up and not forgetting the requests of the guests😡
