This is the second time we have stayed there .Our room is fairly standard but spotlessly clean and a lovely walkin shower .the food is far above a 4 star hotel as we have stayed in 5 hotes in Hammamet as we actually ive here in Oued Baten and like to take a breakevery now and again .The pool is so clean and the garden area is beautiful .But what makes the Menara special is the STAFF .Nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite yet friendly .reception is incredibly helpful and they aree following corona safety guidelines to the letter . Sorry if this is long but I am an English teacher here LOL .

Highly recommended! All staff at Menara Hotel were so warm, welcoming and very helpful. This includes the security staff, reception staff and the waiters and bar staff. The food was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. I will look forward to staying there again soon. Thank you

It is a bit far from the beach. Beach workers were doing their job well. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The building needs repair.

I live that hotel before 8 days then from Expedia one night more,it was awesome that you take full payment from me.Becuase they charge over + lie story card mechine doesn't work,lab lab.Also they force people to buy water & coffee.Its not a stander of 4 star hotel at all.Same food they serve again & again.Extremely poor internet & most of the time they keep disconnect,it’s so sad!

Nice hotel, staff are friendly however food was very minimal choice and if you didn’t arrive at the start of dinner by an hour later there was hardly any food left. That hotel was not busy only around 30 people as it was Ramadan. Even more reason to have good servings of food as it was hard to find Restaurants open outside of the hotel due to it being Ramadan. On the one occasion we did arrive later to dinner and had this problem the waiters where very friendly and did offer to get the Chef to cook us something else. Despite this I would revisit this hotel.

The staff at the front desk was great. Very helpful indeed. The hotel was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. Nice place to go relax for a bit at the beach, while being at walking distance (30 mins - ish) from the city.

I stayed at Menara for 8 nights at the beginning of October. It was a last minute trip so I booked the cheapest nice looking hotel I could find on Expedia. We checked in about 3am at which time I would have slept anywhere, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got into our room. I loved the walk in shower, and our balcony overlooked the pool. The bed was ok, a bit soft for my liking so I did get a bit of backache after a few days but it's not something that would put me off staying again. Having a room overlooking the pool meant that we could hear everything. The music downstairs went on until about midnight, and could still easily be heard with the door closed. It was unusually hot for most of our stay so we wanted to keep the door open, but the noise outside made sleeping before 12am impossible. The aircon didn't seem to work in cooling the room. Housekeeping were fantastic. We left our room various times of the morning/early afternoon and each day would come back to the bed creatively made up and fresh towels. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We did ask about getting another key as my partner stayed later most nights using the wifi in the lobby (not available in rooms) and woke me a couple of times knocking to get back in the room, but apparently they only give out one key. We also had some issues with our key not working and had to get it fixed a few times, but again the staff on reception dealt with this swiftly.
