Wasn't able to stay cancelled because they did not accept my service dog..

The room next door was loud, talking and slamming the door middle of night. Didn’t want to complain since I was alone and got scared the people would do something to me. Also when leaving the room, the hallway stank like week.

I went to get some rest but instead was kept up all night by the sound of the front doors sliding open and closed throughout the entire night. It as so low. It sounded like a transformer transforming from robot to vehicle and back and forth so on and so forth. It was a nightmare. For the amount of money that room cost it should’ve been way better. I’d like to get a full refund honestly. Such a bad experience.

Everything was good except the water pressure! It was very bad! Only trickling water came out of the shower head!

This is a solid hotel. I had an excellent stay here! The room was clean, the bed was so comfy, there were great amenities like free breakfast, a pool, a nice gym. The whole place was clean and every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Fairfield brand is my go to for work. I’ve stayed at the Fairfield hotels in the area and this one by far needs the most upgrades. It’s quite shabby and worn. I did appreciate the microwave in the room. No fresh fruit of any kind in the breakfast. No mention of my status with the Marriott brand which typically warrants at least a free bottle of water. Very basic, so not a bad property when the price is lower

We had requested a quiet room and was told by the receptionist that our room would be away from the freeway, however, we ended up with a room facing the freeway so I was not able to get a good night sleep due to freeway noises. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty and realized this while in shower.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just too bad that our room had the traffic noise.
We did enjoyed our breakfast. It had a good variety and the breakfast room was kept clean. The lady that worked there was very friendly.

Out of lots of options w over an hour of breakfast to go, food that they did have was not hot and no flavor, and the quiche was raw on the inside.

I think it’s an area that may experience vandalism from time to time. There were a lot of warning signs in the parking lot. Are room was on the highway side of the hotel so there was noise. Breakfast is what we expected.

Unfortunately I would to say this hotel is just ok, seems older, needs some updating. The main downfall would be safety; when everywhere you look there signs stating we are NOT responsible for loss of items and make sure all items are taken out of vehicle pretty much sums up the environment!!! I’d spend the extra $25 and stay somewhere else!!

I have my truck broken in and I was parked right in front of the hotel close to the main entrance … management will not let me see video and was told that they are not responsible maybe it is true but is their responsibility to asure the security of your guest .. hotel price per night was $200 they should at least have a security company patrol de are it was a bad feeling the night of arrival when you see signs everywhere please lock your cars … bad sign please be aware they know the crime is high in their facility but been cheap they rather put guess belongings at risk and then wash their hands and said they are not responsible I will not recommend this hotel at all please be mindfully they are there to make sure your experience is good but take your money ..

i booked 1 room 2 queen bed but at hotel they showed me prove that expedia did mistake and book one king bed all night i slept at the floor i want refund or els i will never book with expedia
