Amazing Stay! Food and Drinks in the hotel restaurant are always on point. Great atmosphere whether at the bar or table.
There is parking on the street and Valet Service at the hotel.
Spa is very nice at this location. I’ve had in the last massages and pedicures.

The Westin Jackson is my pick for best hotel in the Deep South. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been to a lot (and not just in the South). There is attention to detail everywhere and everything is just nice. All staff from management to housekeeping are great. Price is right also. Valet parking is half the price of New Orleans and better. You can park yourself if you wish. Don’t miss their wonderful restaurant, also nicely priced. Jackson as a city is back! And this hotel is now its gem!

The Westin Jackson is my pick for best hotel in the Deep South. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been to a lot (and not just in the South). Nice property. Super nice staff. Neighborhood was less than desired. Luckily the restaurant was great in the hotel and we didn't have to leave. Valet is a lot across the street, not covered parking. Valet staff is super fast and kind.

The hotel and staff were great. The location was not convenient, as it is near the courthouse, police station, art museum, and many empty/unoccupied buildings. That was the only negative during our stay. It is about 10-minutes (drive) from most restaurants and attractions. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was excellent.

Fabulous place to stay if you're in Jackson. We ate a dinner and a breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel lobby and they were delicious meals. The front desk staff was very professional and the room clean.

Got here reservation said parking included but they charge $28 for valet which is the only option besides parking on the street. I go in to check-in and the person working the counter double charged me for my stay because she didn’t check to see if I had already prepaid through Expedia. This experience has been horrible so far and I’ve only been here for an hour…btw I paid for valet parking and ended up parking my car myself. Worst experience ever.
