I was surprised to find a two bedroom unit at such a low price! The building and furnishings are older, but the beds were very comfortable!

There was a funky smell. It may have been because our room was above a designated smoking area.

What I liked the most about the property was the room was beautiful.

Checking in to this establishment was horrible for me. The guy that was the receptionist was very rude. He didn’t acknowledge me when I first walked up and he even gave me a hard time while trying to confirm that I had already paid. He stated that they always have an issue with booking.com I was really upset because he didn’t even tell me where my room was located. I had to come back into the building to ask him where my room was. Also, I wasn’t aware that it was $100 security deposit and he acted very nonchalant about the situation when I asked him when my money was going to be returned back to my card! There needs to be someone who is more pleasant and more of a customer service guru then a person that is just there to receive a paycheck. I would give a name but of course he wasn’t wearing a name tag and he definitely didn’t volunteer it either definitely not worth almost $120 a night for this type of treatment !!

Had 3 rms.:1#TV didn't work, no remote, couldn't watch from laying down; 1#Key de-magnitized EVERY time used, no Rwcird of pmt. made to Booking.com/guests checkin delayed 1+hr; was told "you call B.Com and TELL THEM TO PAY US", asked for coffee maker/ wouldn't bring"it's late, I have SOMEONE bring one in a.m." + no microwave-able cups, plates: had to go back to get these post-checkin/night/after checkin delay and request for same at checkin-they forgot and would'nt attempt "goodwill" accommodation, trashbag full of food garbage nextdoor in hall throughout stay, no scoop for ice, ice machine behind dryers/open/in laundry rm., drape wouldn't stay closed, no soap for kitchen, NO POTABLE WATER and soft drink machine "BEEN out-of-order", no working restroom at checkin location//waited 1+hr to access room to use restroom. By check-out, no "$00.00 bal. receipt" pending "getting our money from Booking.com"; seven days later-STILL NO RECEIPT /no outreach from hotel re receipt for 3-Rm/2-night stay which was paid for in JULY, '22!!!! Only 1 elevator//at extream farthest end if bldg. though closest to elevator was requested IN JULY, and our arrival was confirmed by phone call 7 hours before arrival. Rooms were near but not together--had to walj past 30qt. trashbag of food debris to get to each other's rms. Rm. phones were not "on" though I was required to deposit $300 (for 3 rms.) "phone calls and incidentals" at checkin to be returned "at check-out"---no findings of cause to keep my dep. but it's not refunded 7-days after check-out. Mgr. said she "had'nt heard from B.com" as of my inquiry on 10/25 but " would get wuth them right now"----I've had NO contact from Ext'd Stay, charge remains on my credit card (I filed a dispute at my credit card on 7th day post-departure.

Close to the highway and ok for a one night stay. Good value for money.

It took over 30 minutes to register, unable to use international passport. We booked a 4 people room and had one double bed and a sofa, there were no sheets on the sofa and it was stained. When asking for bed sheets around midnight they asked us to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes because they said “sheets are not clean yet”. The room didn’t smell great. The door handle of the bathroom fell off. The fridge made an awful noise all night even though we did not use it.

The rooms appeared clean.

The staff was not accommodating and refused to assist with blankets needed for the sofa bed. Stated that their weren’t any spare blankets available. I also had to call the company line to have them alert the front desk that I had been standing waiting to check in. the front attendant was outside.

The housekeepers don’t do anything

When we arrived the pool was not cleaned and on the internet, it looked fantastic. Staff said it was being repaired. I got my room key and it was on the 3rd floor and I asked if there was an elevator as we had 3 small children with us and staff member said it was being repaired to. I made the comment that I sure hope it was clean and he said it was. I asked, because the lobby had a lot to be desired. I then asked if this room had 2 Q beds and the pull out hide-a-bed and he said no, that one had already been given away. He said it was only a king. What??? We have 3 adults and 3 kids and they want to give us a room with only 1 bed. Seriously, does that even make sense - I even registers all 6 of us when I made the reservation. I told him I needed a refund and he said ok and then could not provide me with a receipt showing my refund. Why is it that they can give me a receipt showing I paid, but not a refund? I made him turn the computer screen around and I took a picture of it, but now have to wait “7-10 days” to see if it will be refunded. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT HIS HOTEL. It is dirty, staff is unprofessional and you definitely don’t get what you paid for!!!

The room smelled like cigarettes and there was a smell of something when entering building. Carpet was filthy and there was loud noise people in parking lot all thru night

The location and rates were great

There were dead bugs on the bed. I woke up with bumps all over my arms. The refrigerator and freezer had mold in it and smelled like it also. I was on the 3rd floor and had to walk the steps my entire stay because the elevator was broken. Also there were no blankets for the sofa bed.

Nothing.

They didn't have my room available . They charge a hundred dollar deposit and that was not in the Post for the room. And I was charged for the room and still waiting for my refund.
