Great hotel. Really spacious for my family needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets would not stay in place. The under frame of bed was super squeaky and there was loud noises all night. Room was ok.

Observed individual sleeping in his truck in the parking lot for hours. Reported to front desk. Parking is extremely limited, even with the underground parking (which did not seem to be secured).

This Comfort Inn was very enjoyable and relaxing. I had a King room to myself and while I didn’t spend much time in the room, I loved that it had a balcony with a mountain view. I also loved the desk. The booking was very easy and I had no problems getting checked in.

We got there a bit early, and our room wasn’t ready yet. Fair enough. But it still wasn’t ready at check-in time. And when we did get to our room, one of the beds was completely unmade, pillowcases not on pillows, sheets not on bed, and comforter missing completely. And while they did eventually get the bed made up, we had no housekeeping at all the second day (of three). But I didn’t see any notices about limited housekeeping. The breakfast was bad, the eggs tasted of chemicals. And there was a fridge full of yogurt, but every single one was Trix strawberry-banana flavor. Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids, no grown-up should have to eat this sugar bomb. I’m sure they got a great deal on this flavor. But you get what you pay for. Or in this case, not even that.

pretty nice overall. Kind of pricey imo it's a pretty average hotel. The lighting in the room is pretty rough but we loved breakfast on the balcony ❤️

The bed we slept on came over on the Mayflower-it was poorly made and there was a large square in the middle of the bed that was sunken in. My husband and I fought all night to get out of this hole -extremely uncomfortable-this bed should have been thrown away decades ago.

The property is a bit dated. It's in a great location, and we felt safe the entire time. It's right across the street from the Colorado River.

Comfort Inn & Suites was very clean, gal at front desk was very accommodating and breakfast was pretty extensive.

I didn't feel welcome for hospitality industry. It wasn't hospitable. English was broken. I asked for an early check-in coming from Valleyview procedure was told that I could do it for $100. Doesn't seem very hospital to me was that the going thing around here or is that a side hustle? Un Willing to help in every way I asked. Price didn't justify the experience. Jasmine & Joshua
