Fantastic stay, I am a frequent client and the front desk staff remembers even unique details of my prior stays. The best!

There was a lot of young hockey players staying right around and above us. We had to be up at 3 am to catch a plane and the young men were making noise playing hockey in the hall and knocking on our door till well after midnight. We had to ask twice for them to go to their rooms. Not cool!

Didn’t have a shuttle running but paid cab fare to airport and back. Plus gave me a bag breakfast as I was gone to early to catch the morning breakfast at hotel

What I have come to expect from Holiday inn. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and family friendly pool. Hotel was quiet in terms of internal guest noises (very minimal) but as many others have commented, the noise from low flying aircraft was loud. Which is somewhat to be expected due to proximity to the airport.

Surprised by distance from the airport having stayed in other Holiday Inns. However enjoyed the stay.

Only one washroom for 7 guests is not convenient enough, and the washroom is not so clean as we expected, we found some hairs inside and there was not enough towels for 7 guests, we only had 5 towels. But we had so much fun at the pool. Breakfast is good! The front desk lady is super nice. Thank you

Overall it was nice , I just didn’t sleep well because of a lot of noises from upstairs and outside coming in and out sounds of the door.

We the familly of six enjoyed our stay in this Hotell. The only sufgestion that we would like to give is to clean the air vents. All the suction, air condition, and Bathroom vents are clogged with lints and dirt. A simple thorough cleaning in a weekly bases can make this convinient hotell a heaven. Further more, a joge of clean water in the fridge could be a great complement for your patrons.

In town for a medical appointment. It was the only 2 bedroom hotel available and was reasonably priced. Very clean, accommodated my early check in. Friendly staff.

First of all couldnt change the stay without a pretty well full cost penalty. Had our vehicle broken into on the first night of our stay. Apparently they dont have cameras that cover the parking lot. Had to cut our vacation short as our vehicle was no longer able to lock so I wanted to cancel the remaining 2 nights and was told I would get a refund of at least one night but so far have not seen a penny refund. Room was ok but when we filled the jetted tub a bunch of debris came out of the jets which was disgusting. Ended up not even using the jacuzzi at all. Breakfast was good.
