There was no ac in the hotel, when asked to be provided with a solution, they said we would get a partial refund of our stay, (which didn’t happen) it is in really bad conditions carpet has foul odors, bathroom walls peeling parking lot not accessible to guests, have to pay extra high fees to park near the property

Ije suis restée une semaine. est un peu vétuste et j’ai dû changé de chambre ( L’E chauffage ne marchait pas , ni la machine à café et il n’y avait qu’un chaîne à la télé.) la chef se démagnétisait assez souvent. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible en terme de qualité.

old tatty- not even worth putting comment about it
Old and severe dirty place - its not about cleaning staff but the property need massive upgrading. Dirty smelly carpets. Old building look like since 40,s no upgrade done. I wont recommend anyone to spend money on it.

The discount offered by the staff for my valet parking was really appreciated! I had shared my noise complaints (see below) and your desk staff offered me empathy and a serious price reduction at check out.
The revving supercharger vehicle between 2:15 and 2:45 am was annoying. The parting three or so under 25 females yelling at each other in the hallway on the fifth floor around the same time was annoying also.

We liked the location of the hotel, we liked that the pool was right outside the room for the kids to go
The hotel is a little bit dated. The hotel has a smoky odor throughout .
You had to pay for valet parking to stay in the hotel , which I don't remember seeing on the hotels page

The front office and housekeepers were always friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was nice and the water was war. We stayed with a dog, so it was very comfortable. We were able to book it for a good price, a good value for money. Will stay there again.
The valet parking was full at the check in, it was very frustrating as it was Sunday night and we should park the car overnight at the street and move it somewhere at 7 am. Luckily, the lady at the front desk advised us when the vacant parking became available. So, kudos to the staff of this hotel.

The pool was great! It was a really nice location.
The rooms were old and needed updating, beds were clean but carpets and bathroom were needing to be redone.

The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud.
Also the restaurant next door called “The Chick Pea” is a must try!!
We didn’t have a good wifi connection.
Most of the time it was pretty nonexistent

Good location for Stephen's Street and it's amenities and access to all parts of the city
The wifi connection was poor in our eighth floor room. Spacious room but perhaps decor a little dated and in need of updating.

Too noisy...acoustics were bad and noise from outside and adjacent rooms was easy to hear...also outside noise from roads as window glazing didn't work ..

Mention that the parking is small and narrow…. fix the elevator that apparently hasn’t worked for 3 yrs…that there’s very few places open after 6pm around it
