I don’t want to generalize, but we are not having a good experience with some staff. We came to our room and the TV wasn’t working (no signal) so we tried the WiFi, which isn’t working either. When we asked staff about it, they were very condescending. They also told us that we, the guests, had to call IT… I mean, what? Ok… I guess we will do that… but IT did not resolve the issue. Staff tried to give us a hidden network that also didn’t work. This was happening with 4 devices… I gave up after 4.5h of trying. Staff tried calling the room and even their phone didn’t ring… clearly something is wrong… it’s not even that big of a deal as I can use my mobile plan, but what amazes me is how we, the guests, had to go out of our way to try to resolve this and all we got were more inconveniences. “True Canadian Hospitality” is not what we are experiencing. Not saying you shouldn’t stay here, but we won’t return.

Location, it was close to the events we were going to. Train was right outside the hotel was a plus.
At check in, manager, unsure if he was manager, was rude with my children when they tried to go up to their room, they did not know how to operate the elevator, as I was parking the vehicle. I was unaware of this mannerisms with them till after.

We loved the facilities. The room was very clean, spacious and modern which is something we very much liked. A special mention to Kateryna at the front desk who was very attentive and was able to answer any queries we had in regards to our stay.

Very quiet location, and it is located in the free transport zone. The heating system is very strong. Toilet is clear.

Location is directly downtown close to the LRT station. The price was the lowest when comparing for a 4 star hotel.
First room the AC was broken waited an hour for maintenance person to come look at it and got a room change. Second room the AC was as loud as a motor. Also you can hear the LRT go by despite being on the 19th floor.

Great and friendly and helpful receptionist. Apologised that they had to ask me after 1 hr over-time whether I would think about checking out in the next couple of hour… 😃 Very nice tonality. Of course I apologized, as I was using the Gym.

The room was spacious and clean. could use extra pillows, otherwise very good for two adults

Location right by the tram (c-train) and walkable distance to the downtown.
Extremely noisy, old and smelly heating fan, which made my night sleep horrible due to the noise and stuffed unfresh air. It wasn't possible to properly set the room temperature. The wifi wasn't working properly, so had to ask staff to connect me to another network. Mattress was too soft, not offering proper support for the back. Towels were not soft enough. Poor overall value for the money they charge.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean. parking was very convent as well
Our room was quite cool in temperature, I tried to put the heat on but it kept blowing cold air. The bathroom door was off centre so you had to pull it hard to close the door and there was no fan in the bathroom.

loved how close it was to downtown and the train stations! loved that moxies was right in the hotel. loved the underground parking and that it was cheaper than expected! staff was amazing and we were upgraded to a king room on the highest floor.

the key cards weren’t working for the elevators and I had to get mine replaced about 10 times. other guests were having the same issue. the staff were helpful but it seems like there’s an ongoing issue with the cards.
