The place is kept clean. Only thing is the maids start early and are loud while cleaning. We were there for 2 nights and wanted to sleep in but impossible as they were noisy around 8-8:30 in the morning and one even tried to come into our room. Good thing we had the latch on. The second morning, again it happened. One of the maids had a daughter and was running around in the hallway. I told both of them that there are guests trying to sleep and they should at least start around 9:30-10 am. Not happy. I told front desk. Not sure if they are taking this seriously. If you are staying here for 1 night and have to get up early, this place is good. Very tidy for the price you pay.

Not impressed with the service. Didn't clean the room for 3 days i was there even after asking them too. First morning they knocked and i had said be leaving in 30 min then they could come in and clean it, came back that night and wasn't done so called front desk and she said you have to request tobhave it cleaned, wasn't told this the day i checked in, but ok fair enough so i had requested for the next day and still not done, called front desk again and nothing was done and i asked if someone could come clean it now and was told cleaning staff had all left already, then not 30 min later a lady was on that floor cleaning rooms and still wouldn't clean my room. And then the she said she would make sure it got cleaned. No point i was checking out the next morning. And the breakfast is poor, no effort at all. The TV signal was bad and the remote barley would work, it was hit and miss.Wont stay again. DO Better.

It was super decent

We have booked for a night on Friday Oct 25,2024 , by mistake we booked it for Thursday 24th, we have asked the hotel to reschedule it for friday , they refused. We have asked to give us another night instead if this lost one, they refused, they didint help at all. We had to rebook another night through hotel. Com to collect the reward. If the hotel simply checked how many times we stayed with them just for this year, they would do it to retain their regular guest Good bye Park inn, you simply pushed us away and we will Not ever give you our business while you did not retain us

Check in was smooth, staff was courteous and professional. Hotel very minimalist, Had a room with jacuzzi tub and there were purple/red scuff marks everywhere, we decided to get a magic eraser and disinfectant to clean the entire tub. Room was quite large and great for the price, pillows looked interesting , towels felt clean but had a yellow hue stain? Breakfast was amazing though :)

we have stayed at Park Inn by Radisson 4th time already in the last 2 years. Very comfortable beds, linens. Nice high ceiling suites with modern furniture. Service staff is also very friendly.

I travel for work every 11 days from Fort McMurray to Kelowna. After the drive from fort Mac to edmonton the service at the hotel has always been top notch, freindly and helpfull. I will continue to use this hotel in the years to come.The rooms are always clean and tidy and the service is always kind and courteous.

The lip under the bowl of the toilet was filthy. There was hair in the bathroom shower/tub ledges and when i pulled the blankets back there was 3 long hairs as well its like the bedding wasnt even washed

Bed linen had not been changed.
