Room clean and comfortable, hosts friendly and very welcoming. Excellent location with town centre and transport links only a short walk away. Good view of the beach

Really nice host , lovely clean rooms all you would need provided Towels , soaps ,hairdryer ,umbrellas 🌂
Beds are good quality
Plenty of tea and coffee provided :)
They also made sure with had breakfast full English which was cooked perfectly 👌
Definitely try and book again for next year !
I would say they go beyond what one would expect for a hotel which made our stay even more enjoyable made you feel at home straight away x i would give them more stars if i could !

Great Seaview from our bedroom window hosts where excellent food excellent was made very welcome well looked after will definitely return next year 😀

Great value for money, good location, 15min walk to pier & railway station, cosy room with a nice view of sea.
Michelle & Andrew are very friendly, they would go above & beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy.

Perfect location, cosy room with a lovely view of the sea. We love the staff they always go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable. We will definitely will be going again next year. Lovely family run business, we loved the breakfast too.

Our experience was good and comfortable. The guest house staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing with a sea view. Overall, we had a great time and created wonderful memories.

We had an overnight stay at the Beaches. The couple who own it are very friendly and approachable. The B&B is very clean and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Weston. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely B&B, Michelle and Andrew were lovely, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was pre order the day before but was of a great standard. We stayed in Room 9 which had a lovely view of the beach and sea view, we will defo go back.

.We were booked into a smal family room.Me my husband and brother.It was bright ,clean and comfortable. The next day at breakfast they offerd my brother another room at no further cost ,which was brilliant.
The breakfast was perfect no complaints. The hosts came andchatted to us both morning s we were there.We have been to many b&b ,s over the years and this has to be the best .I highly recommend.
