Very impressive! Spacious room and bathroom. Very good location with helpful staff. There is a kitchen, luggage storage, and a laundry room. Could not ask for better, would stay here again next time in Antwerp.

This hotel is amazing, very clean, beautiful, practical. Everything was great, except that we could not sleep at all. Some people in the next rooms were partying and shouting all night, the walls felt so thin.
Except for that, it was a great experience.

But this is I assume exceptional

I've never stayed in a capsule hotel and I loved it. Aircon, Bluetooth, mood lighting and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

Great location near the station but with not the noise of the big streets, Easy walk to the city centre. Easy check in and rooms are spacious.

Just a warnong to Hotel.com and or City box : to be able to checkin you need to receive a code for the registration a computer. I did not receive any notification by mail or SMS

The stay was okay. They upgraded me, which was nice, but they really need to stay organized and check their records before accusing people. I booked and paid for 2 nights at check-in, yet the next day, one of the front desk men claimed I hadn't paid for the second night. It was confusing and awkward, but thankfully I had asked for a printed receipt at check-in to prove my payment. The whole situation felt awkward and disrespectful. Aside from that, the location was decent and the beds were very comfy.
