I like the fact that the employees were always trying to help and the only thing that I did not like was that on my last day there were a party of people drunk in the first floor talking and making noises while it was early in the morning.

The room was very clean, the area is very quiet during the day and within walking distance to the "boardwalk". Plenty of places to dine and shop. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Veracruz.

Needs renovating. Convenient location. Waiter brought a beer and a coffee and the price was outrageous. He didnt bring a receipt. Brings me to think that he charged more. Nice little swimming pool.

Overall was OK, lady at reception was kinda rude, but the rest of the staff was very welcoming. Our beds were super hard for our taste so we did not enjoy it. Hotel is conveniently located and close to some touristic areas. Food was good at the buffet and staff was very friendly.

Great stay at this reasonably priced city centre hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. We swam in the pool which was a bit cold but refreshing. Excellent location was able to walk to all the main tourist sights

The place is located very close to The Malecón which it has lots of little stands of food and other stuff for people to buy... also it wasn't to far from the Aquarium and San Juan de Ulúa which my visit there was pretty awesome (The aquarium is not that great btw) just do the Wax museum and the ripleys museum instead😎👍 The servers at the restaurant downstairs were super nice, Specially Sergio but honestly Angel,Luis and Francisco (Panchito) were pretty helpful at all times as well as the ladies at the cash register. Nice little bar and Good food😎 Definitely coming back in the future

Excellent low priced hotel in the middle of the historic district. We were able to W5all to the Zócalo and to other points of interést.
