Attentive staff . Had trouble with tv . It was addressed and fixed immediately ! The breakfast was tremendous ! An omelet station !!

Sadly.. our room..125… was like a meat locker..65 degrees as we walked in… best we got it to by morning was 72..even set on… heat. Seems staff had to have left it on 65…a real downer… bundled all nite under blankets we could find.. Geo Williams

Piece of the air conditioner in the room was missing, the baseboard in one area was coming off the wall, and no instructions on how to turn the shower on. Breakfast was decent but not enough tables for everyone

Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my staycation but the room was pretty filthy. Little hairs all over the bathroom and moldy strawberries left in the fridge. Great breakfast

We arrived an hour early for check in and that staff was able to accommodate us and provide us with adjoining rooms. We were thrilled to find a hotel near the zoo that had a hot tub, pool AND breakfast included. The hot tub and pool were both clean and well maintained. Staff members were present cleaning and taking care of the property. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions and provide help. We were there with our grandchildren who LOVE to go to hotels and swim and make their own breakfast (waffles/pancakes) before we headed to the zoo the next morning. It was affordable and a great location, to the zoo and restaurants.

I travel to South Bend/Mishawaka frequently for family get-togethers. This is my regular place to stay. The location is handy and the accommodations are excellent.

We had a larger room with pull out couch. Pool was very small and hot tub wasnt hot. Area was run down. Showers took forver to get hot and mechsnics were falling off. Paint chipping, staff was not friendly

It was a chore for the staff at the front desk to just get up to get us checked in. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working so I went up front to let them know, one of the ladies asked me if tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I’m sorry but we just drove 10 hours and I don’t think it’s my job to figure out how to get the air conditioner to come on. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

We absolutely LOVED the place but the male desk clerk was so rude when I asked him about the pools hours. We didn’t get to check in until 8:30, so I asked if they were lenient with the closing time of 10:00. He said NO NOT AT ALL. Geez ok but you don’t have to be rude. Everything was awesome except him

We stayed 2 nights and had a great experience! The room was great, comfortable bed, breakfast was very good! We’ll be back!
