Chose this hotel as was next door to my parents hotel and was good value for money. Very friendly staff and clean rooms and hotel. Would stay there again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located.
We were in a superior apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the pool (which we requested).
The room was a good size and comfortable, albeit “functional”.
Breakfast was ok.
We couldn’t understand why the pool area only opened between 10am and 6pm.
We would consider staying again.

Nice quiet hotel central for everything!
Shops bars restaurants at doorstep but still enough distance to have a relaxing holiday, hotel is lovely and clean no fighting for sunbed plenty to go about.

Second time have asked for pool view was not given, had emailed twice through Expedia reception said did not receive. Very unapologetic did not even try to give me pool room. Been regular customer will not be going back. Staff not the friendliest. Did not really seem to care.

Myself and partner booked a short trip to Tenerife and chose Andorra apartments for a number of reasons. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The hotel itself always had free sunbeds, staff were pleasant and rooms/amenities were spotless. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we chose to go self catering, so cannot comment on the food. The snacks around the pool looked lovely though. It’s a quiet hotel, despite busy areas being a stones throw away. Had a peaceful sleep every night. Would definitely return and have recommended to friends and family already.

Exceptional service once again from the Andorra with a swift check-in/out process. Fantastic property condition and cleanliness. Highly recommend the Apartments in the Annex Buildings. Breakfast is mediocure with the Churros being the best part! Will be back!

Overpriced! This is a good hotel but we chose it over much cheaper ones because of its location, the air conditioning and heated swimming pool. The location was great, the air conditioning was a fan with a rattle and the pool was freezing. I asked about the pool and was told it was heated by the sun, so didn’t ask about the air conditioning. Technically they are correct a fan could be considered air conditioning and the pool is heated by the sun, but for that level of facilities we could have had a much cheaper hotel. The room could have done with a refurbish. but the maid service was excellent.

The location was great , lovely clean accommodation ,staff very pleasant and accommodating .
The negative points were, no sun on our balcony At anytime of the day.
We booked And paid for our accommodation almost a year in advance after being shown a very sunny apartment , but unfortunately we didn’t stay on that side of the hotel .
I wouldn’t recommend staying half board , the food is poor, very meal is cold and bland. The variety is very basic .
Breakfasts are ok and passable but the evening meal should be avoided .
I would be happy to stay in the Andorra in the future, but only in Apartment (Room only ) on the sunny side Of the hotel .

Very clean friendly staff brilliant accommodation lovely location excellent on the bus route which was great
Downside it would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment.,most do now On the whole will definitely go to the Andorra again
