Location close to rail access to central London. Very comfortable stay, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Restaurant offered nice range of meals and food was very nice.

The heater/ac unit was not working so the room was freezing so unable to sleep.
The staff were not interested in assisting me with the issue & advised me to complain to hotels.com who I had booked with.

Really lovely stay. Hotel was very clean with helpful and friendly staff.
Room was a good size (2adults & 1child) and nice and clean.
Breakfast was great, good selection of food and helpful staff.
Great location to Watford station/HP studios bus stop.

Nice stay, however the length of the hand soap pump is too short and you barely get any liquid out and must do it several times. This is particularly annoying when showering.
Tried to buy an umbrella but no tills open, so had to go to the bar which wasn’t open either and subsequently got drenched on my way to an interview.

The hotel was fine your new reward scheme is awful and a rip off as you refuse to answer my attempts to reach out to you to answer my questions on how I’ve gone from a decent reward system to a completely flaws one I will comment this way

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving

Excellent hotel apart from the breakfast
Very little bread out for toast bacon under cooked and very fatty , fried eggs where swimming in oil and looked like they’d been there for ages , sausages where ok , that’s the best I could say

Ok stay, but the ladies behind the frontdesk was not serivceminded, and acted very nonchalant, when we asked them a few questions regarding transfer.

hotel was fine just a bit soulless, great location, would have been a 5 except for the door slammers, and the workman on a Monday morning at 8:30 am drilling and banging.
