Beautiful hotel with in walking distance from town, excellent service from front desk staff, bar staff and cleaning ladies, i would definitely recommend!

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The place is super clean, with a gorgeous views, great french architecture, food is delicious and the employees are always in the best attitude to help in anything.
It seriosuly exceeded my expectations and is a must go when staying in San Cristobal

This was such a nice surprise, the hotel is a five star property at the level of a big city luxury hotel!!! The service starting at check in with Carlos and a nice glass of bubbly, restaurant is superb and every single one of the staff is top notch! Kudos to Jesus in breakfast and Luis at lunch!! Loved it here and will for sure come back!!
