The hotel was excellent. We only had a short stay there but the staff were lovely and the room was very comfy and spotlessly clean. i would definitely stay there again.

Close to the train station. Everything in walking distance. New and clean hotel.

It was a great space, very clean and organized. It had lots of storage for bags and clothes while also having space in the bedroom and bathroom ( vary spacious bedroom overall) . My only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge

Clean hotel at very good location but they advertise air conditioning but you can not control the temperature in your room. At the reception they told me that you only control the air flow to your room. I was freezing. They gave me an extra blanket that helped a little. At the last night I found some kind of a solution, I run the hot water in the shower for a few minutes with the door open several times at night when it became too cold. Hope they will find a solution to provide heating in a case like this.

This property was perfect for us. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options. Right next door to train station which worked great for us. A quiet place, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

Lovely new hotel right outside the train station. Great location , lovely room but a fridge would have been helpful . Breakfast was expensive but there are supermarkets opposite the station where you can buy bakery items , prepared fruit bowls , yogurts etc.

I have stayed at other InterCity hotels before and have always been satisfied.
This is a very new hotel, and location is great. Very close to the station, but also close to the centre of Leiden.
Reception staff at the hotel were excellent, providing information and assistance as necessary.
Room was pleasant and bed comfortable.
All at a very reasonable price.
Would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here on the opening night, so everything was very new and clean. Hotel is conveniently located, only a 2-minute walk from Central station. Bed is very comfortable and well worth the price paid. The only downside is that only bottled water are provided in the Business Room, no kettle or tea/coffee are available.
