Room was great - comfortable and quiet with nice touches.
Outside the room, you unfortunately cannot escape the smoke/weed smell - it is everywhere. Restaurant was great. I would go back as it is close to a customer.

Great place to stay. We just had a quick one night visit but overall enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The only downside is that the room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though we were on a non-smoking floor.

Did not find out until arrival that the property is 21 and up. Also, treated rude by staff. Made to feel very uncomfortable

The room was clean and comfortable but finally after the 3rd time trying to check in we got our room. Checkin was at 4 and we finally got our room about 4:30

We went to a concert at Horseshoe Casino and other than that it seemed like there was nothing to do. It's like they built these places in a slum

We reserved a deluxe king with lake view. Upon arrival we were given a king room with view of steel mill. After not being satisfied I complained to front desk and were moved to a room with two queens with lake view without being offered any adjustment for our first night stay.

The room was big but the decor was dated. There was a large stain in the carpeting in the middle of the floor. The bed seemed short in length compared to beds in other hotels.

I usually have no problem with check in and using tap..but this time it was a lady with a attitude (Iykyk) that clearly had pink eye (eww) that said I was not allowed to use my tap. She was…such a bad look for us and the establishment.

The last day of our stay, the carpet was wet, from tub leaking. Staff reported it immediately. I will continue to stay at hotel when I'm in this area.

There is no slipper in your room. They will charge you 10$ for 2 mini bottle of water and 3 cup of coffee in your room which is weird. There is another coffee machine in lobby which is not free. Overall hotel condition is acceptable.
