There is no reception desk at this hotel, so you need to WhatsApp to get the key safe code. There is also no breakfats despite being called a 'B&B'. However we did find it clean and good value, plus in a good location walking distance from the centre of town.

Very unique room. It is a self contained apartment in the old town. It is very small but I doubt they made big rooms in the 17th centry

Very polite and helpful staff. Close to the tourist areas with great breakfast. AC didn’t work and bathroom was smelly. It was noisy all the night Caz of tramvas or trains shaking the room when passing by. My room was noisy but other than that it was fine.

A good stay in Zagreb city center. A convenient location and easy access to transportation. Nice room and good breakfast. Love it.

This hotel is above SPAR supermarket and be prepared to carry your luggage up to first floor, and even second floor depending on room allocation, after a 20 min hike from the railway station. The hotel is on a busy tram network with three roads converging. The rumble of trams from 4.30am till past midnight is nearly constant although the window system does block out traffic noise. The hotel literally vibrates as the trams go by. An hour after check in to Room 7, mid evening our electronic room key didn't work, we were given a manual key. We then found that there was no power or lights, electrician called, fixed it, only for it to fail at midnight. Next morning electrician came again, replaced a part, failed again and by lunchtime next day when a room became available we moved to Room 4. No more problems, however, when checking out after 4 nights, we met a couple who were allocated Room 7 after us, and had issues. Redeeming features are good breakfast, as the reception is transformed over night into a good breakfast buffet spread. The hotel location is good for getting to the main square, many eateries, etc. Sadly due to the earthquake in March 2020, the cathedral, some museums, etc were still closed and being repaired. Also several other buildings were undergoing rebuild and repair. We had an unfortunate experience with the electrics, which clouded our stay, but overall this is a reasonable hotel, good breakfast, good size rooms, good location.

This hotel is clean, nice and welcoming. Tastefully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a bit noisy if your room faces the street, but they provide ear plugs which were helpful and the trams do not run all night long. A lovely place to stay.

Its a small hotel with rooms on two floors. We got a room on 2nd floor that looked like a loft. Only rooftop windows that could not be opened. So there was no way of fresh air getring into the window. I guess we breathed the same air as thw previous ones and the next onws will breathe our air and smells. The room itswlf was small but comfortable more or less. However, there were two empty cupboards, with nothing in it anf they were semi broken. Bathroom was OK but shower very small, difficult to fit in uness you are thin or at least normal sized. The amenities however wre good for a 3 star hotel. Kettle, cups and free tea and coffee to make. Also, the breakfast was fairly good, with a fair variety and quality of food. We also got a super price for three days so if it were not for this low price, i would have rated it as a bad hotel overall. The location is also one of its strong points, just mlmutes away from the main square and resturants, cafes, etc.
