Only bad thing that we had seen when checking out was a roach by our door. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Requested a handicapped room with walk in or step in shower and was told over the phone that it would be reserved. When we arrived the specific room was not available. I told reception that we had requested the room two weeks ago. She told me that “I should have called the day of or day before arrival”. We were given an adapted handicapped room, but the design and changes were almost useless. First, the handheld shower control was blocked by a safety bar so that it was impossible to operate. Second, there were 4 strips of tape in the bottom of the tub, spaced approximately 1 foot apart, making it difficult to stand on a strip. Third, the safety bars installed were slippery, so totally useless in a wet environment. Fourth, the safety seat installed in the tub was not anchored correctly to the wall and the screws attaching it to the tub and wall were pulling away from the wall. Fifth, the bed sheets were not the right size for the mattress and so the sheets would not stay on the bed. The pillowcases did not fit the pillows. We asked for additional pillows, which were provided but they did not have pillowcases on them. We reported the issues about the tub and were told a maintenance person would come to repair. We reported two mornings in a row and one time to a manager, but no one ever came. We were never offered the opportunity to move to another room nor given any communication about the situation. Also told we were the 2nd guest to report issues with the tub.

The hotel was in a good location. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very nice. I had one issue which was the pool. It was not available for most of my stay. I was able to utilize the pool the last couple of days of my stay but it would have been better if available for the entire stay. Overall my experience was good.

Modern and well keep hotel. Updated rooms and great beds, well lit outside. Pool was nice but needs some love. Bar was good for some evening drinks. Highly recommend 👍

The property overall was nice including the staff. The only problem i had with my stay was the beds. I had double beds and both mattresses felt like they should have been thrown out years ago. I never complain about a Marriott stay ever, but I was there for three nights and did not get a full nights sleep once.

I stayed in a "Handicap" room and I could not get the top hand-held shower to work correctly. Also, the tub had lots of handicap bars which was great but the tub was very slippery. It is like the tub needs some sort of mat or stickers in the tub to make it less slippery.

Never stayef had to cancel because the pool was closed for maintenance and we had a small child that we told the whole time that wr were going swimming and now i cant get my money back i am very unhappy make things right people.
